Objective To know the dehospitalization of technology-dependent children from a multiprofessional perspective. Method A qualitative, exploratory and descriptive study, carried out in 2018 at a Teaching Hospital in the city of Porto Alegre. The participants were 15 members of the multidisciplinary health team. In data production, we used the Dynamics of Creativity and Sensitivity, “Creative Storm”, which is part of the Sensitive Creative Method. Data interpretation occurred based on Thematic Content Analysis. The study was approved by the Ethics Committee. Results Dehospitalization is influenced by the absence of planning according to the reality of the child and the family. In addition, there is predominance of health services with a physician-centered model, unscheduled discharge, overload of professionals, and communication problems between the staff, the health network and the family. Final Considerations Despite knowing the importance of dehospitalization, it still occurs in a fragmented manner, with hasty hospital discharge, preventing safe dehospitalization and with greater planning.
The present study aims to know the health education approaches to sexuality used with adolescents living with Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV)/Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS). Qualitative research conducted in a Specialized Care Service, with 15 adolescents and nine health professionals. The semi-structured interview and the focus group were used. Data were subjected to thematic analysis. Individual or group approaches were considered interesting, provided that dialogic interaction occurs in a reflection space. It is considered that the dialogical meeting for health education, among professionals and adolescents living with HIV/AIDS, needs to be based on their experiences related to sexuality, with creative strategies and sensitization of those involved.
The objective of this research is to know the experiences of adolescents with HIV infection and their perspectives for improving health care. Qualitative, descriptive and exploratory research. To collect the data, a group interview was conducted. This occurred in a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) and a Public Hospital located in Porto Alegre, State of Rio Grande do Sul / Brazil. The participants were 18 adolescents from 13 to 19 years old. Thematic Content Analysis was used to interpret the information. The results were expressed in categories: Sexuality in adolescence: spaces for dialog and accountability for condom use; Use of medicines: strategies and perspectives for improving care; and Prejudice and discrimination: protection measures. The adolescent signals their experiences and perspectives, which contributes to the improvement of their health and makes it possible to transform, implement and strengthen care practices. Therefore, the convergence of public health and education policies at different levels is essential.

The study aimed to know the experiences of adolescents related to hospitalization due to conditions sensitive to Primary Health Care. This is a study with a qualitative approach, conducted in a public reference hospital in Santa Maria. The collection took place through a semi-structured interview that took place in the second semester of 2019. Qualitative data were subjected to Thematic Content Analysis. It is noteworthy that all research was governed by Resolution 466/2012, respecting the ethical aspects of research conducted with humans. For adolescents experiencing hospitalization, negative emotional reactions associated with the rupture and separation of family and peers emerged. Such experiences were also related to the health condition and the technical procedures to which they were submitted during the treatment. For some participants, hospitalization was permeated by ambiguous feelings, as they sometimes understood the importance of treatment to improve their health condition, and sometimes did not accept to have their routine interrupted. The research is expected to improve adolescent health care by identifying the causes of hospitalization for conditions sensitive to primary care, reducing such rates.
