Today, the research on the closed-loop supply chain network design with sustainability and resiliency criteria is a very active research topic. This paper provides a new closed-loop supply chain under uncertainty with the use of resiliency, sustainability, and reliability dimensions among the first studies. To model this problem, a two-stage stochastic programming approach is used. To create robust solutions against uncertainty, a conditional value at risk criterion is contributed. The proposed model aims to minimize the total cost, environmental pollution, and energy consumption while maximizing the job opportunities as the social factor. In addition to the sustainability goals, the energy consumption is considered to be the last objective to be minimized. To show the applicability of the proposed model, an automobile assembler industry is applied. To solve the model, the Lp-metric method is employed to transform this multi-objective model into a single objective one. Since this closed-loop supply chain model is complex and NP-hard, a Lagrangian relaxation method with fix-and-optimize heuristic is employed to find the upper and lower bounds for the model via different random test problems. With an extensive analysis, the proposed model shows an improvement to the total cost, CO 2 emissions, job opportunities and energy consumption.
This study aimed to measure the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance of the employee of a HVAC industry in Tangerang which are mediated by readiness for change. Data collection was done by simple random sampling technique and the returned and valid questionnaire results were 224 samples. Data processing was used SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study concluded that transformational leadership have not significant effect on the employee performance, but transformational leadership have a positive and significant effect on readiness for change. This study conclude also that readiness for change have a positive and significant effect on relationship between transformational leadership and employee performance. Readiness for change as fully mediator. This new research proposed a model for building employee performance among the employee of a HVAC industry in Tangerang through enhancing transformational leadership practice with readiness for change as a mediator. This research could pave the way to improve employee readiness in facing the era of industrial revolution 4.0.
This study aims to estimate and predict the effect of stock prices on profit volatility, net profit, and comprehensive income on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2019. The study uses quantitative analysis with secondary data consisting of 98 banking companies on the Indonesia stock exchange from 2014 to 2019. The results prove that the share price has a significant effect on net income and comprehensive income but does not have a significant effect on profit volatility, so that net and comprehensive income has relevance to the share price and investors can make both variables in conducting further fundamental research. Previous studies measured the level of volatility of earnings, net income, and comprehensive income on the share price, but when trialing other approaches by causality, share prices affect net income and comprehensive income but not for profit volatility. In this study, however, the change includes detailed income variables due to Financial Accounting Standard No. 1, a shift in terms from profit and loss statements to systematic profit and loss statements.
The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of green entrepreneur orientation on SMEs’ business performance with network resource acquisition as a mediating variable. The purpose of this study also examines the moderating effect of knowledge transfer and integration and green technology dynamism on the relationship between green entrepreneur orientation and SMEs’ business performance. This research is explanatory research that aims to test and explain the causal relationship between research variables through hypothesis testing. The approach used in this research is a quantitative research approach. The data is used in the form of primary data. The purposive sampling method was used as a sampling technique. The process of obtaining data was carried out by means of a survey in the form of a questionnaire. In this study, researchers used 180 Managers of SMEs who applied green entrepreneurs in four districts in Madura. This study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to test the hypothesis. The research finds that the influence of green entrepreneurial orientation has a positive influence on SMEs’ business performance and network resource acquisition. In addition, network resource acquisition is able to mediate the relationship between green entrepreneur orientation and SMEs’ business performance. Finally, knowledge transfer and integration and green technology dynamism are able to moderate the influence between green entrepreneur orientation and SMEs’ business performance.
