Vocational education aims to produce workforce. However, in reality there is a shift that the vocational graduates are not only prepared to work but also they are expected to open or create new work opportunity. To overcome the mentioned educated employment, we offer an alternative solution to integrate production based with the learning process; the outcome would be the entrepreneurial ability of the engineering students. The results of this study showed that the implementation of production based learning with entrepreneurship approach using workshop based lectures, qualitatively improved the quality and meaningfulness of the learning. The learning experience which connects the interns and the works or work products is indeed in line with the field specification and standard. The learning process has given impact to the entrepreneurial interest improvement assessed in the beginning and at the end of the semester. Besides that, the learning activity gives impacts to the cognitive discourse, psychomotor skill, and work attitude improvement build integrally. Thus, the model is deemed suitable to be utilized in the learning to improve the students' entrepreneurial interest.

The purpose of this research was to determine the level of volcano eruption risk and compile a disaster risk mitigation model for the Sinabung volcano eruption. Analysis technique of volcano eruption disaster risk of Sinabung uses scoring techniques for all indicators. The volcano eruption disaster risk of Sinabung refers to eruption hazard level, vulnerability level, and disaster prevention capacity index. The level of volcano eruption hazard and vulnerability of Sinabung volcano was analyzed by GIS approach using ArcGIS 10.1 software, based on units of sub-district administration. The capacity index was analyzed based on the Hyogo Framework for Action-HFA 2005-2015. While the disaster mitigation and policy model of adaptation of volcano eruption Sinabung were analyzed with FGD and AHP. The level of volcano eruption disaster risk of Sinabung is high > 49 (614). As for the mitigation model of the eruption risk of Sinabung volcano and model of adaptation policy based on alternative priorities for disaster risk reduction has 4 main priorities, i.e: 1) Relocation for identify, assess and monitor of disaster risk and implement an early warning system; 2) Utilize of knowledge, innovation and education to build a culture of safety and resilience at all levels; 3) Make of disaster risk reduction a priority of national and region implemented through strong institutions; and 4) the reducing of underlying factors that increase disaster risk.

-This research is aimed to describe the improving of students' entrepreneurial interest by using Production based Learning Model in Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) in Higher Education. This research is a descriptive research with qualitative approach, used standard instrument to measure index of students' entrepreneurial interest, and had 33 students as the research subject. Based on the result of the research, most of the students have had entrepreneurial interest. It can be seen from preliminary data of nine indicators of students' entrepreneurial interest. There is only two students who meet the indicators of success criteria above sixty percent. Then, the researcher implemented Production based Learning Model. It improves only three indicators which had not ever fulfilled the indicators of success. Therefore, it is important to conduct second implementation in order to be able to identify more students' entrepreneurial interest. For the second implementation, all the indicators of entrepreneurial interest have been fulfilled. In its implementation, Production based Learning Model can increase experiences and improve understandings as in competencies (cognitive, affective, and psychomotor), and also students' entrepreneurial skill which have impact towards the improving of students' entrepreneurial interest. Production based Learning Model provides spaces for the students to be more adventurous, creative, and critical thinking towards what they do. Besides that, it can give plus value scientifically and financially to be accepted by societies as a goods and services needed. It is time for the Stakeholder of TVET in Higher Education to try to implement the Production based Learning Model in learning process. In line with the district development program of Dharmasraya regency, namely the Dharmasraya Smart City Program and the implementation of Dharmasraya Smart Education, Edugame is currently one of the favourite innovations being used in the teaching and learning process for the primary school students. This study was aimed at creating a learning innovation using Edugame as a media for conveying information to students as well as inviting students to play. In addition, the approach method used was in the form of media development using the ADDIE (Analysis Design Develop Implementation and Evaluation) development method. This development method was started by conducting the field observations, then designing the Edugame interface to evaluate the shortcomings of the Edugame. From the results of the whiteboard test, it was proven that this application had succeeded in delivering learning materials to primary school students of SDN 08 Pulau Punjung, Dharmasraya Regency, West Sumatra. In sum, the teachers are assisted by the Edugame since the students learn independently to explore each Edugame and try to get the highest score. This research focused on the development a new learning model in Vocational Education to answer the challenges of this Industrial Revolution 4.0 era. The problem identified was the lack of learning outcomes, especially subjects oriented to software engineering for information systems students in particular and other computer science seen in the phenomenon of the inability of students to produce intelligent systems. From a series of validity, practicality, and effectiveness test results, use content validity with Aiken'V and construct validity with CFA (Confirmatory Factor Analysis) states that the model resulting from this study is stated, valid, practical and effective. This study also produced a new learning model with five syntaxes, namely (1) Define Problem and Design a Plan Project, (2) Interaction with Support System, (3) Create a Project, (4) Keep control and Monitoring Project, (4) Yield and Assessment of Project. And based on the test of the validity of the syntax of this model stated goodness-of-fit or valid.

This research aimed to describe the needs analysis of production-based entrepreneurship training models in higher education. This research method was development research with a quantitative descriptive approach. This paper was limited to the definition stage, which is to obtain information on the analysis of production-based entrepreneurship training needs seen from entrepreneurship learning. The research used a data collection tool in the form of a questionnaire. The sample consisted of 110 students who took entrepreneurship courses, with sampling using purposive sampling technique and data analysis using descriptive statistics. The results of the needs analysis and research description found that the level of need for production-based entrepreneurship training was categorized at a fairly good level, which was seen from the aspect of entrepreneurship training itself, which contained elements of learning and teaching. Needs analysis is an important research activity to obtain in-depth information as a basis for carrying out subsequent activities.
