This research was conducted issuing the low learning outcomes on Civics subject by the fifth grader students of SD Negeri 009 Pulau Bangkinang District, Kampar Regency with an average score of 63.40. It was seen that out of 16 students, there were only 7 students who passed the test (43.75%), while the other 9 students (56.25%) did not. The result was established according to the KKM (minumum score) determined by the school which was 75. The students' low performance might occur because of several reasons: (a) the way the presentation of the material delivered by the teacher did not really involve the students activity; (b) the teacher did not use learning media in explaining the learning material; and (c) the teacher applied an approach, model, or method that was less attractive to the students. This study aims at improving the students' achievement in Civics by using brainstorming methods with the help of graphic image media. The research is a classroom action research (CAR) consisting of three cycles with research subjects of grade V students of SDN 009 Pulau Bangkinang District, Kampar Regency. The results showed improvements in each cycle. The score increased from an average score of 62.50 to 69.06 in the first cycle. In the second cycle, the score increased to 75.93 and in the third cycle increased to 80.94. The increase of the score that occurred in the baseline score of Daily Test I was 10.49%, then 21.49% in the Daily Test II and 29.50% in the Daily Test III. In other words, the brainstorming method with the help of graphic image media can improve the students learning outcomes in Civics subject.
Artikel ini menganalisis kebijakan dan pengelolaan pendidikan mengenai standar isi di sekolah dasar berdasaarkan permen no 21 tahun 2016 mengenai standar isi di SD. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan melalui kajian pustaka, Standar isi ialah suatu ruang lingkup materi yang menyediakan pengalaman bagi pesertadidik untuk belajar guna memberikan peningkatan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan lingkungan. Standar Isi mencapai tujuan yang merangkap keseluruhan yang merangkup berbagaai aspek yang hendak dipenuhi serta menjadi pengalaman belajar siswa. Tujuan dijabarkan secara universal sebagai sasaran hasil atau tujuan yang hendak didapatkan peserta didik. Sasaran pada kurikulum 2013 dijabarkan dalam SKL, tujuan dijabarkan dalam Standar Isi yang merupakan turunan dari SKL terdiri KI dan KD, dan program pendidikan yang objektif dituangkan dalam Standar Proses dan Standar Penilaian
This study aims to improve the quality of PKn grade V learning at SDN 009 Pulau through the application of the Brainstorming model. This research is a class action research consisting of III cycles. The subject of research is the fifth grade students of SDN 009 Pulau Bangkinang District. The results showed an increase in each variable in each cycle. The increase of Civics learning outcomes from an average base score of 62.50 to 69.06 in the first cycle, in the second cycle increased to 75.93 and in the third cycle increased to 80.94. Improved learning outcomes that occur base score to UH I is 10.49%, on UH II scores to 21.49%, and on UH III to 29.50%. The brainstorming model has been proven to be able to improve the quality of learning of PKn grade V SDN 009 Pulau.Keywords: brainstorming, civics, learning outcomes
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh penggunaan bahan ajar tematik terpadu terhadap peningkatan identitas bangsa siswa kelas V SD melalui tes hasil belajar, metode peneltian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas V SD 20 Indarung Kota Padang, dengan sampel penelitian yaitu siswa kelas VA sebagai kelas kontrol dan kelas VB sebagai kelas eksperimen. Data yang dianalisis dalam penelitian ini adalah skor hasil belajar siswa pada tes akhir pada sub tema Indonesiaku, Bangsa Berbudaya, dari hasil yang diperoleh didapatkan informasi bahwa penggunaan bahan ajar tematik terpadu berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan identitas bangsa siswa kelas V SD. Pada tes akhir diperoleh rata-rata kelas eksperimen sebesar 78,182 dan kelas kontrol sebesar 67,727. Data hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa data berdistribusi normal dan homogen dan hasil perhitungan uji-t diperoleh thitung 2,434 dan ttabel 2,020 ini artinya thitung > ttabel, Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan bahan ajar tematik terpadu berpengaruh terhadap identitas bangsa h siswa kelas V SD.
