Pengembangan kurikulum dilakukan dengan proses analisis konteks yang berkaitan dengan tantangan internal maupun eksternal pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan komponen-komponen kurikulum di SD Negeri 165722 Kota Tebing Tinggi. Adapun fokus telaah dari komponen kurikulum tersebut, yaitu tujuan, isi/materi, proses pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi kurikulum. Adapun pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kurikulum sangat berpengaruh terhadap kualitas proses dan hasil pembelajaran peserta didik. Hal ini ditinjau dari berbagai komponen kurikulum, meliputi; tujuan, isi/materi (konten), proses pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi kurikulum di SD Negeri 165722 Kota Tebing Tinggi. Melalui penelitian ini, disimpulkan bahwa komponen-komponen kurikulum berfungsi sebagai acuan pembelajaran dan penentu arah pendidikan.
Masyarakat dan sekolah adalah satu kesatuan yang tak terpisah dalam upaya mendidik anak bangsa. Bahkan, keduanya adalah bagian sentra dari tripusat pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen hubungan masyarakat (humas) dalam mengembangkan lembaga pendidikan. Latar penelitian ini yaitu Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu (SD IT) Qur’an Kisaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi deskriptif. Pemerolehan data dilakukan melalui teknik wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Selanjutnya, data dianalisis menggunakan teknik reduksi, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data diperoleh melalui teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen humas di SD IT Qur’an Kisaran terlaksana dengan baik, hal ini ditinjau dari terlaksananya fungsi-fungsi manajemen dalam mengembangkan sekolah tersebut. Lebih lanjut, kinerja humas dilaksanakan dengan baik, berupa keterlibatan secara langsung bersama wali siswa, pemerintah dan instansi terkait, komite dan masyarakat umum, ditambah lagi dengan keterlibatan bidang humas dalam sosialisasi online sekolah tersebut di berbagai media sosial.
Communication of school principals with subordinates is one of the determining factors for the success or failure of school governance. This study aims to analyze the communication patterns of the principal with teachers and education staff at SDN 16 Bilah Barat. This type of research includes qualitative with descriptive analytical study method. Collecting research data using the method of observation, interviews and documentation studies. Next, the data were analyzed using data reduction techniques, data presentation, and conclusions. Test the validity of the research using data triangulation techniques. The results of this study concluded that the communication built by the school principal was considered effective. This can be seen from the application of 2 communication patterns, namely First the school principal uses a chain pattern in announcements received from the head of the school's superiors who will share the information with teachers and education staff. The principal also uses a chain pattern in giving warnings to his members. Second, the communication patterns of all channels are also used by school principals, educators and education staff in their daily lives at school. Everyone can communicate with each other without going through any intermediaries. Thus, effective communication patterns are carried out in elementary schools.
This study aims to describe the implementation of learning management in SD IT Ad-Durrah Medan. This is done to analyze learning management as an effort to improve student achievement, both from aspects of planning, implementation, supervision, evaluation, to reporting. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive study method. Observations were made at SD IT Ad-Durrah Medan from March to June 2022. The research subjects included teachers (homeroom teachers from grades 1-4 of SD), principals, vice principals and students. The validity of the data that has been obtained through interviews, observation and documentation was tested using data and source triangulation techniques. The results of this study conclude that (1) learning planning includes curriculum preparation, annual programs, semester programs, minimum completeness criteria (KKM), study time management, lesson plans, educational calendars and student quality improvement programs; (2) the implementation of learning includes preparation activities (perception), core activities (exploration, refinement and confirmation), and termination activities; (3) learning supervision includes internal supervision from the school principal on the process of providing education and improving the school's human resources (HR); and (4) learning evaluation includes pre-test, daily test, mid-semester exam (UTS) and final semester exam (UAS). Learning reports by teachers are documented in student report cards as a description of student learning outcomes.
There are often problems in the preparation of school development plans, starting with a lack of assistance, supervision, competence and unsystematic plans made. Thus, the purpose of this study was to describe the school development plan at the Kesuma Elkaemde Education Foundation. This research is a qualitative research. The subjects of this research are principals, teachers, and all other devices that take part in the preparation of school plans. The data collection technique of this research is by interview, observation and documentation. After that, the data were analyzed by examining the data that had been collected, namely data reduction, verification, and data presentation. The results show that the school development plan at the Kesuma Elkaemde Education Foundation implements a school development plan by carrying out a Short-Term Annual Program Strategy which includes the First Year Program (2018–2019), Second Year Program (2019–2020), Third Year Program (2020–2021 ), Fourth Year Program (2021–2022). In addition, there is also a 12-year Long-Term Program Strategy in the form of vision, mission and goals. And every development plan that is prepared is oriented to character and cultural education oriented to systems of thinking, values, morals and beliefs.
