There are often problems in the preparation of school development plans, starting with a lack of assistance, supervision, competence and unsystematic plans made. Thus, the purpose of this study was to describe the school development plan at the Kesuma Elkaemde Education Foundation. This research is a qualitative research. The subjects of this research are principals, teachers, and all other devices that take part in the preparation of school plans. The data collection technique of this research is by interview, observation and documentation. After that, the data were analyzed by examining the data that had been collected, namely data reduction, verification, and data presentation. The results show that the school development plan at the Kesuma Elkaemde Education Foundation implements a school development plan by carrying out a Short-Term Annual Program Strategy which includes the First Year Program (2018–2019), Second Year Program (2019–2020), Third Year Program (2020–2021 ), Fourth Year Program (2021–2022). In addition, there is also a 12-year Long-Term Program Strategy in the form of vision, mission and goals. And every development plan that is prepared is oriented to character and cultural education oriented to systems of thinking, values, morals and beliefs.
Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu apakah terdapat hubungan antara iklim organisasi dengan kepuasan kerja guru. Bagaimana iklim organisasi di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Jam’iyatul Washliyah Tembung. Bagaimana kepuasan kerja guru di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Jam’iyatul Washliyah Tembung. Berdasarkan masalah diatas maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui iklim organisasi di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Jam’iyatul Washliyah Tembung, untuk mengetahui kepuasan kerja guru di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Jam’iyatul Washliyah Tembung serta untuk mengetahui hubungan antara iklim organisasi dengan kepuasan kerja guru di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Jam’iyatul Washliyah Tembung. Untuk menelaah permasalahan diatas, maka penulis menggunakan pengeolahan data secara kuantitatif, sampel penulis tetapkan sebanyak 30 orang yang dilakukan di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Swasta PAB 1 Sampali karena memiliki karakteristik yang sama dengan sekolah populasi. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan diluar populasi itu disebabkan karena di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Jam’iyatul Washliyah Tembung hanya terdapat 57 orang, untuk mengetahui sejauh mana hubungan iklim organisasi dengan kepuasan kerja guru digunakan rumus korelasi product moment. Dari hasil penghitungan korelasi Product Moment antara variabel iklim organisasi (X) dan variabel kepuasan kerja guru (Y) maka didapat rxy 0,806 dan pada taraf signifikansi 5% diperoleh rtabel 0,266, dengan demikian rhitung lebih besar dari rtabel (0,806 > 0,266). Ho ditolak sedangkan Ha diterima ini berarti terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel iklim organisasi (X) dengan variabel kepuasan kerja guru (Y).
This study aims to examine Selecting and Developing Professionals. The research method used is library research. In collecting data, the factual study method was used. The results of the research from selecting and developing professionals were allegations of a teacher supply crisis, teacher recruitment and selection, teacher induction, teacher development, teacher retention, leadership recruitment and selection and leadership preparation and induction. This factual review (analysis) section focuses on the selection and development of two groups of staff, namely teachers and school principals. Learning organizations are meant to be inclusive, so all staff should be selected and developed with equal care. However, human resources are limited and it is undeniable that some categories of staff tend to have a greater impact on student learning than others. Principals have a variety of structures available to them that reflect organizational interests as well as individual interests.
This study aims to reveal the leadership pattern of a madrasa head, the formulation of the problem in this study is how the leadership pattern of the madrasa head and the implementation of the madrasa head in decision making in the madrasa. This research was conducted at MTS PAB-1 Sampali, Deli Serdang Regency. The research method used in this research is to use a qualitative approach. The result of the research is that the leadership applied is a democratic leadership pattern by involving all elements of the school such as teachers, students, stake holders and parents. Decision making on students who commit disciplinary violations also goes through three stages before being sanctioned with dismissal, namely Giving Advice, Recording/Agreement Letters/Black Books, Calling Parents
