Abstrak Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang Peran Posyandu Sebagai Pusat Informasi Kesehatan IbuDan Anak di Desa Narawita kecamatan Cicalengka Kabupaten Bandung. Dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui Persepsi masyarakat terhadap Program Posyandu, Peran posyandu dalam meningkatkan kualitas kesehatan ibu dan anak, dan Posyandu sebagai pusat informasi kesehatan masyarakat, kajian ini mengunakan metode kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, Focus Group Discussion, dan studi pustaka. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah para kader posyandu, para kader PKK Desa, tenaga medis, dan para anggota posyandu. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa Persepsi masyarakat terhadap Program Posyandu cukup postif, Posyandu memiliki peranan penting dalam meningkatan kualitas kesehatan ibu dan anak melalui proses pelayanan kesehatan, dan Posyandu sudah menjadi pusat informasi kesehatan masyarakat. With objectives to find out community perceptions toward the Posyandu (center of integrated health services) Programs, its roles in improving health quality of mothers and children, and the Posyandu as an information center for communities, this study used qualitative method and data are gathered through interviews, observations, focus group discussion, and a literature study. The respondents are Posyandu cadres, the Village PKK (family welfare program) cadres, medical practitioners, and the posyandu members. The results show that the communities perceptions toward Posyandu Programs are adequately positive, Posyandu has important roles in improving the health of mothers and children through health service processes, and Posyandu has became as a community health information center.
-The purpose of this study is to find out visual literacy pattern of infographic designers in order to create infographics in House of Infographics (HOI). The scope of this study is the ability of infographic designers in interpreting the visual object and creating infographics. This study is using qualitative case study method. Observation, interview and literature study, with the purposive sampling technique are chosen as the method of data collection. The informants of the research was the designer of infographics in House of Infographics (HOI). The results of the study showed that visual literacy patterns formed in interpreting visual objects in HOI, by reading and understanding the basic concepts of design. In creating infographics, infographic designer has workflows, which are brainstorming activities, information and data collection, content determination, narrative preparation, information visualization design, and infographics publication. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengalaman komunikasi keluarga buruh migran perempuan mengelola komunikasi dalam rangka mempertahankan keutuhan rumah tangga. Pokok-pokok pertanyaan penelitiannya adalah buruh migran perempuan memaknai peran dirinya sebagai seorang istri dan ibu bagi anak-anaknya serta memaknai profesinya sebagai buruh migran perempuan dan memaknai komunikasi dirinya terhadap suami dan anaknya. Motif apa saja yang menguatkan pasangan suami istri untuk mengelola perkawinan mereka serta pengalaman komunikasi keluarga buruh migran perempuan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan studi fenomenologi. Subjek penelitiannya adalah mantan buruh migran perempuan. Informan dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa buruh migran memaknai profesinya sebagai buruh migran perempuan yaitu sebagai profesi, mata pencaharian, aktualisasi diri, inspirator dan motivator. Buruh migran memaknai peran dirinya sebagai istri dan seorang ibu. Sebagai seorang istri buruh migran memaknai dirinya sebagai seorang perempuan ditakdirkan sebagai istri/ kodrat illahi, sebagai istri dapat membantu mencari nafkah, sebagai teman hidup, penasehat yang bijaksana untuk suami, dan menjadi seseorang yang dapat mendorong/memotivasi suami. Buruh migran perempuan memaknai dirinya sebagai seorang ibu yaitu sebagai sumber pemenuhan kebutuhan anak, teladan atau model bagi anaknya dan sebagai pemberi stimuli bagi perkembangan anaknya.Tiga motif yang melatarbelakangi seseorang untuk mengelola komunikasi, yaitu motif saling menjaga, mencintai dan menyayangi, motif agama dan motif keluarga. Pengalaman komunikasi keluarga buruh migran perempuan dalam mengelola komunikasi untuk mempertahankan keutuhan rumah tangga yang harmonis meliputi komunikasi yang dilakukan dengan suami dan anak-anaknya. Komunikasi yang terjalin selama berada diluar negeri sampai informan kembali terus dipertahankan agar anak-anak tetap merasa nyaman dengan keberadaan ibunya. Abstract. The purpose of this study is to apply the α-Sutte Indicator in forecasting data. α-Sutte Indicator is a new forecasting method that was developed in 2017 by Ansari Saleh Ahmar. To see the accuracy of these methods, the forecasting results of the α-Sutte Indicator will be forecasting methods compared to other items, namely: ARIMA and HoltWinters. Based on the results of forecasting, it is found that α-Sutte Indicator has MSE and MAPE values that are lower than other methods (ARIMA and HoltWinters). This is supported by MSE data from α-Sutte Indicator smaller than ARIMA(2,2,2) and HoltWinters i.e. 0.03; 3.06; and 3.15.
Library websites in higher education institutions help increase competitiveness and reinforce institutions, information media, and library promotion. This study aimed to determine the effect of the quality of the Kandaga website partially and simultaneously on user satisfaction at the Padjadjaran University Central Library. This study used an explanatory quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 373 people. The analysis of research data used path analysis. Based on the research results, variables of usability quality, service interaction quality, interface quality, and digital library service quality partially had a significant effect on user satisfaction of the Padjadjaran University Central Library. The quality of the Kandaga website had a significant simultaneous effect on user satisfaction of the Central Library of Padjadjaran University by 87.4%. The quality of the digital library services had the most significant influence on user satisfaction, namely 52.6%. The Central Library o Padjadjaan University needed to prioritize digital library service quality improvements because this variable significantly influenced user satisfaction. The quality of the Kandaga website partially and simultaneously had a significant effect on user satisfaction of the Central Library. Information quality had no significant effect on user satisfaction of the Central Library of Padjadjaran University. Kandaga's information quality variable had the highest value. The study concludes that users of the Kandaga website believe that the quality of information on the Kandaga website currently has met user needs, has a good reputation, is trustworthy, relevant, detailed, and easy to understand.
This study aims to determine the knowledge sharing activities among teachers at SMK Negeri 4 Bandung which includes the process of sharing knowledge, teacher behavior in knowledge sharing activities, and obstacles faced in knowledge sharing activities. The method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews and literature study. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the process of knowledge sharing activities consisted of formal and non-formal activities, the behavior of teachers in sharing knowledge depends on their personalities, there are active and passive ones, the constraints faced are there is no harmony between the time of formal knowledge sharing activities with teaching time, passive teacher attitudes in formal knowledge sharing forums, and lack of funds. The conclusion of knowledge sharing activities among teachers of SMK Negeri 4 Bandung is very important to do in order to improve the knowledge and competencies of teachers and as a medium for building togetherness.
-The purpose of the research is to find out the information management at Garut Department of Communication and Informaticts as an effort to fulfill the information needs of Garut citizens. Garut Department of Communication and Informaticts is a facility in managing and providing the government information, region development, and social needs in Garut regency. Qualitative is used as a method in this research as observation, interview, and literary study were the techniques for collecting the data. The main focus on this research is the transformation process which starts from data collecting, data processing, information analysis, and information dissemination and information presentation to data documentation/ data recording which describe information management conduction at Garut Department of Communication and Informaticts. From the research, it was discovered that data collecting process was conducted by three steps; data collecting planning, data searching from the field directly, and indirect data search. The data processing was conducted by sortation, editing, validating, and processing using computer. Information analysis was conducted based on checking and reviewing rationally towards the information contents. The result which was ready presented and disseminated well directly or indirectly. The data documentation/data recording process were conducted by manually and electronically. The conclusion of this research is that the information management at Garut Department of Communication and Informaticts has been conducted appropriately and it is resulting advantageous information for all citizens of Garut regency.
