AbstrakMahasiswa universitas terbuka mayoritas telah menggunakan pembelajaran berbasis web, akan tetapi dalam web universitas terbuka belum menyajikan video pembelajaran yang dikemas secara bagus dengan di upload di menu webnya, kemudian mahasiswa FKIP jurusan pendidikan matematika dalam tutorial online belum disajikan suplemen materi berupa web tambahan yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan mata kuliah pendidikan matematika II. Penelitian R & D ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media blended learning dengan model flipped classroom. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk desain blended learning telah divalidasi oleh 2 orang validator ahli materi dan media dengan rata-rata validasinya 90,5 dan 92,5 artinya produk blended learning layak untuk digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran mata kuliah pendidikan matematika II di universitas terbuka, kemudian blended learning telah diterapkan dalam proses tutorial dengan mahasiswa wajib untuk membuka materi, video pembelajaran, kuis dan respon timbal balik mahasiswa dengan mahasiswa wajib membukanya di rumah masing-masing sebelum proses tutorial online. Banyak tersedia software pembuat media blended learning salah satunya adalah webquest. Software webquest dapat membuat pembelajaran matematika secara online dan offline menjadi lebih menarik dan mudah diaplikasikan. Software ini dapat digunakan agar presentasi terlihat
The low learning outcomes of Addition and Reduction of Fractions in class IV are partly due to: (1) a tedious learning process, (2) lack of use of ICT as a source and media of learning. To overcome this problem the research team developed student-centered learning through e-learning learning in the Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) model. This study is a true experiment using the Pre-Test Group Control Post Test Design. The population is Sambiroto 02 elementary school students as many as 75 students in the 2017/2018 school year. The E2 group with EAD learning using the STAD model reached the highest mean value of the three groups, amounting to 88.67, followed by the E1 group with STAD learning at 74.54 and the K group with expository learning at 63.10. Regression analysis showed a positive relationship between motivation and activity with learning outcomes in groups E1 and E2 so it can be concluded that the higher the student's motivation and activity score the higher the student's learning achievement in addition and subtraction operations in elementary schools.
Abstract. Prayitno E, Nuryandani E. 2011. Optimization of DNA extraction of physic nut (Jatropha curcas) by selecting the appropriate leaf. Nusantara Bioscience 3: 1-6. Jatropha curcas L. has important roles as renewable source of bioenergy. The problem occurs on difficult of DNA extraction for its molecular breeding programs. The objectives of this research were to study which leaf best as source of DNA extraction. Four accessions were used, namely J1 and J2 (Jawa Tengah), S1 (South Sumatra), and S2 (Bengkulu). First, third, fifth, seventh, and yellow leaves for each accession were extracted using modification of Doyle and Doyle (1987) method. Visualization and comparison with Lambda DNA, Spectrophotometer UV-Vis and cutting DNA with EcoRI enzyme were show quality and quantity of DNA. The result showed that third leaves have sufficient quality and quantity as source of DNA. Third leaves DNA quantity for J1 (19.33 µg/mL), J2 (26.21 µg/mL), S1 (31.20 µg/mL), and S2 (61.03 µg/mL), and quality for each accession were 1.9063 (J1), 2.0162 (J2), 2.0116 (S1), and 2.0856 (S2).
The research subjects were students at Universitas Terbuka who were members of the Pokjar Kendal. It is a qualitative descriptive study. Observation sheets, questionnaires, and interviews were used to collect the data. The findings indicated that: J) 60.6 percent of students nse learning resources in the form of books; 58.5 percent nse learning videos; 57.6 percent use websites; and 33.3 percent nse other sources; and 2). The majority of students (48.5 percent) struggle with the coordinate system material; 78.8 percent struggle with trigonometry; and 57.6 percent struggle with the power of numbers. According to the study's findings, many students still struggle with Elementary Mathematics Learning materials. The study's findings suggest that the following should be done for the tutorial to be more effective: I). Lecturers and students benefit from efficiency in using the learning resources, 2). Lecturers can concentrate on material system, trigonometry, and rank number material in the tutorial, 3) the requirement for educational media that can assist students during tutorials.
Ketahanan pangan (Food Security) telah menjadi isu global. Terpenuhinya pangan bagi setiap rumah tangga merupakan tujuan sekaligus sebagai sasaran dari ketahanan pangan yang ada di daerah maupun secara nasional. Hal tersebut dapat dilakukan dari pemantapan ketahanan pangan di tingkat keluarga dengan mewujudkan kemandirian pangan keluarga. Kemandirian pangan keluarga dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan pekarangan rumah. Pekarangan adalah taman rumah tradisional yang bersifat pribadi. Pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan untuk ditanami tanaman kebutuhan keluarga sudah dilakukan masyarakat sejak lama. Permasalahan terjadi ketika semakin berkurangnya luas pekarangan. Semakin sempitnya lahan mengakibatkan minat dan perhatian warga untuk meneruskan budaya memanfaatkan pekarangan semakin berkurang dan bahkan dilupakan. Untuk mengatasinya, diperlukan strategi yang sistemik dan sistematis untuk menghidupkan kembali budaya tersebut. Diperlukan upaya re-aktualisasi untuk menggerakkan kembali budaya menanam di lahan pekarangan tanpa mempertimbangkan luas lahan. Kegiatan PkM bertujuan untuk Meningkatkan kondisi sosial ekonomi warga dengan menyisihkan sedikit waktu dan tenaga untuk mengolah pekarangan menjadi sumber ketahanan pangan keluarga. Mengubah budaya warga yang mementingkan pendapatan dari hasil kerja dengan memanfaatkan pekarangan menjadi sumber pendapatan setiap saat melalui pengembangan model Rumah Pangan Lestari. Kegiatan dilakukan di Desa Prambatan Lor kecamatan Kaliwungu kabupaten Kudus. Tahapan kegiatan: 1) survei lokasi/perijinan, 2) Pelatihan secara teori 3) pelatihan secara praktek dan 4) monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil monitoring tananam sayuran mulai tumbuh. Adapun lele dalam taraf pertumbuhan ikan.
