This research was conducted to determine the effect of satisfaction, brand image and trust on customer loyalty at member cards. This research method uses questionnaire data collection techniques with the respondent data of 100 people. The process of distributing questionnaires to respondents was carried out online and publicly. This type of research sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling. Meanwhile, to test the data using validity and reliability tests. In testing the validity using the validity of the construction. This research was analyzed with the help of the smart PLS program. The results of the analysis obtained show that the customer satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at member cards. Meanwhile, brand image has a negative and insignificant effect on customer loyalty to member cards and the variable customer trust also has a negative and insignificant effect on customer loyalty to member cards.
This study uses a quantitative approach. The research was conducted on Natasha skincare consumers in Bandar Lampung. The research sample amounted to 100 respondents using non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. Collecting data through the distribution of questionnaires. The data analysis method in this study uses partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS3 software for data processing. The results show that the hypothesis is supported, namely that there is a positive and significant effect between variety seeking (X1) on brand switching (Y) on Natasha skincare consumers in Bandar Lampung. This is evidenced by the original sample (O) 0.438 T-statistic value 4.553 > 1.96 and P-Values 0.000 < 0.05, and there is a positive and significant effect between packaging (X2) on brand switching (Y) with an original sample value (O) of 0.343, a T-Statistic value of 3.197 > 1.96 and a P-Values of 0.001 < 0.05. Based on R2, which is 0.464 or 46.4%, which means that variety seeking and packaging are able to explain the variability of the brand switching construct by 46.4%, and the remaining 54.6% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. variety seeking and packaging for brand switching on Natasha skincare consumers in Bandar Lampung.

The majority of people work as fishermen and their geographical location on the coast make Gampong Alue Naga produce quite a lot of fishery waste, especially oyster shells. Its use will have many good impacts on people's lives because in addition to reducing waste that interferes with the environment, the use of oyster shells can also reduce costs for animal feed and provide additional income for families. The target of this activity is fishermen housewives who generally also work as oyster seekers, so that they have no trouble finding raw materials and the waste they produce can be used immediately. The results of this activity are considered very satisfactory because the participants of the activity can understand the process of processing oyster shells, understand the use of the grit flour produced and directly utilize the grit flour product as animal feed.
