Pendidikan PAUD ialah pembelajaran berupa bimbingan serta pengetahuan dasar sesuai dengan tingkatan perkembangannya. Dalam proses pembelajaran nya dibutuhkan fungsi manajemen kurikulum yang dilaksanakan secara khusus. PAUD yang mengelola anak didik dengan penuh perkembangan dan pertumbuhan yang mereka laluinya, dibutuhkan lembaga pendidikan yang memiliki manajemen kurikulum yang disusun dengan penuh pertimbangan serta memperhatikan masa tumbuh dan berkembang anak. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji fungsi manajemen kurikulum yang dilaksanakan di TK. Penelitian ini berangkat dari suatu kasus dalam manajemen kurikulum yakni kurangnya kualifikasi pendidik yang profesional, ketersediaan sarana prasarana, kepala sekolah yang tidak kompeten dalam merumuskan kurikulum dan lain sebagainya. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data berbentuk wawancara serta observasi dan literatur semacam buku, jurnal dari sumber terpercaya. Dalam perencanaan kurikulum Kepala Sekolah dan tenaga kependidikan menyusun tujuan serta kegiatan yang akan dilaksanakan. Muatan pembelajaran meliput nilai agama dan moral, kalimat pujian, sifat Tuhan dan ciptaan-ciptaan-NYA, membiasakan pengenalan benda-benda baru, lingkungan baru dan pembiasaan bertanya, pengenalan anggota tubuh, kebersihan dan makanan bergizi, menyapa guru, berani mengemukakan pendapat. Kegiatan pembelajaran berupa pembelajaran di kelas dan lingkungan. Pengawasan dan evaluasi dilakukan pada proses melaksanakan kurikulum baik ranah sekolah maupun tingkat kelas, sarana prasarana dan evaluasi hasil belajar peserta didik. Dari hasil yang didapatkan, peneliti berharap manajemen kurikulum Taman Kanak-Kanak di Indonesia yang berperan lembaga pendidikan formal bagi anak-anak usia dini yang masih dalam masa perkembangan, penting untuk mendapat perhatian yang lebih dari pemerintah dan tenaga kependidikan
Innovation in learning media development to facilitate students in supporting optimal learning outcomes is essential. This study aims to design mobile learning multimedia development production related to the mastery of English as a communication tool at the secondary level. It applies the following (4D) procedure: 1) define, which includes theoretical and need analysis; 2) design, which contains an identification of core competencies and basic competencies, selection and collection of materials, making flowcharts and storyboards; 3) develop, which includes the stages of media production, validation of media experts, validation of material experts and student response questionnaires and product trials; and 4) disseminate, which covers the activity of spreading the final validated product to the affiliated users used as learning media and or resources in the instructional process. The product development being tested has gone through several stages: a review from a media expert that includes aspects of software engineering and visual communication and a review from a material expert that contains parts of material and learning design. Students’ responses include technical and interesting aspects, limited trials, extensive trials and are feasible for medium learning, resulting in effective and efficient online learning resources. This research is motivated by the problem of the low pedagogic competence of teachers in Indonesia; especially in West Java. Through the media model pro-duced in this research, it becomes a guideline and reference for teachers in implementing learning based on technology with the appropriate method. It will be a very effective “teacher training” to improve the pedagogic quality of teachers, especially basic teaching skills. Basic teaching skills are one of the important aspects of teachers' pedagogic abilities. Currently, multimedia technology is very adequate used as a medium for teachers to learn basic teaching skills, for example in the form of audio-visual or mobile applications. This research will produce Learning Innovations in the form of Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) Video Content on Basic Teaching Skills to improve Indonesian Teachers' Pedagogical Competence, which contains multimedia content, especially videos that will facilitate (tutors) lecturers, and teachers on how to teach well. This study aims to examine the literature on the use of Virtual Reality (VR) in education. The author discusses articles published in the last 10 years that discuss the use of Virtual Reality as a learning medium at all levels of education. A total of 50 articles were analysed comprehensively. The results of the study show that virtual technology allows humans to access simulations of the reality of situations that may not be done directly so that the action taken is to simulate it through virtual technology so that it remains relevant to actual conditions [3]. This virtual reality is very suitable to support efforts to solve various problems faced by humans related to limited access to real world conditions which are actually due to certain things. Related parties can use this technology to achieve their goals so that from all the limitations of existing circumstances, humans can still maximize everything they want to achieve or everything they want to do.

Within the framework of agricultural development, which includes fisheries and livestock, all agree that the existence of a Vocational High School is one of the educational institutions that play an important role in the advancement of agricultural education. Synchronization of the Vocational curriculum according to the needs of graduate users known as Link and Match shows that graduates have a competitive insight or attitude in terms of work ethics, achievement of motivation, mastery, competitiveness, and so on. this program requires a change of mind or a paradigm shift from all stakeholders to ensure relations and adjust program development with the world of work. This condition directs the researcher to ask the question How is the implementation of the link and match program implemented as an effort to improve the suitability of the competencies of the competencies of graduates of vocational schools in Agriculture with the demands of the field of work?.Keywords: link and match, vocational school, the vocational curriculum of agriculture, business and industrial world . Where the condition of vocational secondary education in Indonesia currently leads to efforts to create graduate human resources for vocational schools that have the capacity of knowledge and knowledge and competencies that are adequate and in accordance with the demands of the times and balanced by the ability to manage emotional and spiritual intelligence that is capable. Based on this, at least there are 2 factors that influence and are categorized as challenges, namely factors or also called internal and external challenges. Internal challenges, among others, related to the condition of education are associated with the demands of education which refers to 8 National Education Standards which include content standards, process standards, graduate competency standards, standards of educators and education personnel, facilities and infrastructure standards, management standards, financing standards, and education assessment standards. Then, other internal challenges related to the development of the Indonesian population are seen from the growth of the productive age population. Currently, Indonesia's population is of productive age (15-64 years) more than unproductive age (children aged 0-14 years and parents aged 65 years and over). The population of productive age will reach its peak in 2020-2035 when the figure reaches 70%.
