Development of Massive Open Online Courses (MOOC) Content to Improve Indonesian Teachers’ Pedagogical Competence: MOOC Technology Instructional Process

Abstract: This research is motivated by the problem of the low pedagogic competence of teachers in Indonesia; especially in West Java. Through the media model pro-duced in this research, it becomes a guideline and reference for teachers in implementing learning based on technology with the appropriate method.
