Palavras-chave: povos indígenas; conflito ambiental; licenciamento ambiental; PCHs ABSTRACT:The present article analyzes the conflict among Kaingang, Guarani and individuals who represent the attempt to build four small hydroeletric stations (PCHs) at the Jacuizinho river/RS.
