Worthy children and women's Village/Sub-district is a village/sub-district development that brings together the commitment and resources of village/village government that involve the community and business world in the sub-district in order to promote, protect, Fulfilling and respecting the rights of children and women, which are planned consciously and sustainably. Some laws have been established to support the protection of children and women such as the Act of the Republic of Indonesia number 35 year 2014 about the amendment to law Number 23 year 2002 about protection Children and Law Number 23 year 2004 concerning the elimination of violence in households. In order to realize the child and women"s friendly villages, there are several efforts that can be done as the socialization of legal protection and community empowerment. Socialization programs not only provide information or knowledge but also supported by the empowerment of community that provides training and experience in the community. So that socialization tends to only provide information to be easier to understand by the community through the Community Empowerment program and increase public awareness to continue to actively participate in the realization of child and women"s friendly villages.
<em>This research aims to arrange learning materials that include definitive , macroscopic, microscopic, and valid symbolic to know the student response through multi-representation materials. This research was conducted in SMA Negeri 1 Karangtengah, with subjects are XI IPA 3 students. This research is applied in alkali acid materials. The data that is obtained in this research are expert validation result and students response in material multi representation media : definitive, macroscopic, microscopic , symbolic. The data interpretation was conducted with expert judgment to know materials validation, and questionnaireto know students response through multi representation materials : definitive, macroscopic, microscopic , symbolic are validated by three validator. The research outcome shows that multi representation material media : definitive, macroscopic, microscopic , symbolic valid with average score from total score 75. The students response through multi representation materials shows the possitive response through the materials.</em>
Ilmu hukum dan nilai moral merupakan satu kesatuan yang tidak dapat dipisahkan. Hukum positif berkembang sejalan dengan pemahaman positivisme hukum sehingga memberi dampak dalam perkembangan ilmu dan praktiknya. Positivisme dipahami sebagai paham yang menghendaki pemikiran hukum yang melepaskan dari hal-hal yang bersifat metayuridis atau metafisis, tidak membahas masalah keadilan, moral atau nilai-nilai formal, memperlihatkan bahwa hukum hanya berada dalam aras formal. Oleh karenanya perlu dibahas lebih lanjut terkait dengan kedudukan nilai-nilai moral dalam hukum dan proses penegakan hukumnya. Dalam perkembangannya, hukum tidak bergerak dalam ruang hampa melainkan mengikuti tatanan sosial. Hukum tidak dipisahkan dari nilai dan moral, nilai moral dalam hukum menjadi alat penjangkau ke dasar masyarakat sehingga penegakan hukum selaras dengan perkembangan dinamika dalam masyarakat.
Difficulties in Learning English in EFL context are always interesting. Analysing it from the view of external and internal factors is the major interest of this case study. Describing the findings qualitatively is the purpose of this study. The subject in this research was the eleventh graders at SMAN 2 Sengah Temila in Landak Regency. There were 76 students participated in this study. The sources of the data were gathered from the classroom teacher, the students, and the portfolios. Data collection techniques in this research were: open-ended questionnaire, in-depth interview, and observation. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques used interactive analysis.This study finds the internal and the external factors affect the learning difficulties. The indicators on internal factors show (a) health conditions has no significant effect on learning difficulty, (b) the students’ interest and motivation affect the learning difficulty because no variation on the teaching method bored the students, (c) bad habits in studying evoke the learning difficulties. The indicators on external factors find (a) the teacher has a significant role to expand learning difficulties especially on the use of teaching method and media, (b) the classroom environment has no significant effect in learning difficulties since it is a conservative one.
Pasar yang merupakan pertemuan antara permintaan dan penawaran harus berlangsung secara adil. Islam melarang tindakan-tindakan yang dapat menzalimi dan merugikan orang lain. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji prinsip-prinsip Islam yang harus diterapkan dalam mekanisme pasar, sehingga terjadi pasar yang sehat dan adil, serta memberikan maslahat bagi semua pihak. Selain itu, kajian ini juga akan menganalisis tindakan-tindakan terlarang yang dapat mendistorsi pasar. Kajian ditulis dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan menjabarkan berbagai teori dari beberapa literatur. Kajian ini menggarisbawahi bahwa pasar dalam sistem Ekonomi Islam harus menjaga nilai-nilai kejujuran dan keadilan. Selain itu, pihak-pihak yang terlibat di dalam pasar agar menghindari praktik-praktik yang dapat merusak mekanisme pasar, sehingga merugikan orang lain. Beberapa bentuk tindakan yang dilarang Islam dalam mekanisme pasar antara lain ihtikar atau penimbunan barang untuk menaikkan harga barang di pasar, bai najasy yang merupakan praktik jual beli terlarang, taghrir dalam bentuk ketidakjelasan harga ataupun kualitas dan kuantitas barang yang diperdagangkan, dan tadlis yang merupakan praktik penipuan. Kajian ini merekomendasikan agar Pemerintah menetapkan ketentuan-ketentuan agar pasar yang berlangsung di masyarakat berjalan secara adil tanpa adanya pihak yang dirugikan.
