Abstrak Rendahnya kinerja Perusahaan PT. Concord Indonesia di Kabupaten Karawang diduga disebabkan oleh Motivasi Kerja, Kepemimpinan, Budaya Organisasi dan Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan yang relatif masih rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Kepemimpinan, dan Budaya Organisasi secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan. Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Kepemimpinan, Budaya Organisasi dan Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebesar 245 karyawan PT. Concord Indonesia di Kabupaten Karawang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey deskriptif dan survey eksplanatori dengan ukuran sampel sebesar 245 responden, serta metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapat temuan bahwa Motivasi Kerja dan Budaya Organisasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan, tetapi variable Kepemimpinan tidak signifikan berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan, meskipun demikian secara simultan ketiga variable tersebut terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan. Budaya Organisasi secara parsial merupakan variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan. Motivasi Kerja, Kepemimpinan, Budaya Organisasi dan Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Budaya organisasi secara parsial merupakan variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan juga bahwa Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan merupakan variabel Partial mediating pada pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, kepemimpinan dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap kinerja Perusahaan. Kata Kunci: Motivasi Kerja, Kepemimpinan, Budaya Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan, Kinerja Perusahaan.
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh baik secara parsial maupun simultan antara tingkat pendidikan , usia kerja , motivasi dan pengalaman kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada CV Mitra Bersama Lestari dengan jumlah sebanyak 50 orang karyawan yang dijadikan sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini. Sebelum dilakukan penelitian terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji Validitas dan releability, Uji Normalitas kemudian data diuji dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda . Beberapa hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden berdasarkan usia , motivasi , dan pengalaman kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan , sedangkan tingkat pendidikan tidak terbukti memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Pengujian Secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa antara tingkat pendidikan, usia kerja, motivasi dan pengalaman kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan . This chapter aims to explore the pattern to use technology as an attempt to promote virtual violence prevention. A literature review from referred journals and books was conducted. The findings reveal that technology use, in particular an effort to solve the emerging issues of violence promotes the solution with an innovative approach designed in HE. With technology use in attempting violence prevention insights, an innovative way to strengthen technology use wisely with underlying the compassionate skills to promote the preventive action of violent forms is needed. Attempts to promote virtual violence prevention in higher education should be combined with empowering technology use to focus comprehensively on encouraging diverse learners with personal and social awareness in digital interaction. This chapter is expected to contribute in dealing with exploring the systematic approach in nurturing the self-awareness and social concern in digital interaction to be potentially applied in HE.
The important role of counselling and training activities for the community on improving community skills that can be used to improve the quality of life and welfare by utilizing the resources and potential in the villages is the goal to be achieved. Through counselling and training activities, community get information and insight, so people can understand deeply about the creative economy and its benefits. The material of the counselling delivered is adjusted to the potential of resources in the village. Counselling materials include the understanding of what is the meant of creative economy including creative industry and its definition, including what is creativity, how to utilize local raw materials that can be processed into products, processing of natural materials into decorative products, processed food products from the forest product, packaging techniques and marketing of agricultural and forestry products, Medalsari village is quite famous as a village that has a natural attractions waterfall. Counselling activities for strengthening the creative economy based on village resources was followed by fifty participants could give benefit to the participants and expected to provide motivation to other communities. This could be seen from the enthusiasm of the participants in counselling and questionanswering. It also appears that the participants feel motivated to develop their business creativity, as well as participants who only rely on their work as farmers, breeders and gardeners seem quite interested in trying to start developing their creative business.
The advantage of competitive atmosphere in business has a significant role in helping to enhance productivity. It is necessary to empower competitive awareness with cooperative engagement to give clear understanding for core guideline and insightful view on promoting social entrepreneurship. This chapter attempts to explore the initiated engagement between cooperative and competitive concern paid attention in the particular way among the firms along with increasing popularity to achieve certain objectives like growing the business with entrepreneurship. The finding reveals that attracting growing amounts of cooperative and competitive alliance should be strengthened to gain the feedback and insights into performance value in social entrepreneurship where this is eventually integrated with the entrepreneurship in a way that underlies the value to run the potential business. This chapter is supposed to contribute significant insights into exploring the key role of strategies to give the beneficial feedback to perform continuous improvement in social entrepreneurship.
The purpose of this paper is to determine the effect of the work environment, transformational leadership and organizational culture on job satisfaction and its implications for employee performance. Methodology The population of this research is all 142 hotel employees in Pangandaran and Resort, Indonesia. The number of samples is determined by the Slovin formula, and the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) sample consideration is 30 employees. A total of 60 questionnaires were returned and sent for analysis. Proportional stratified sampling was used for technique sampling, and the elements of the sample were determined by the chance sampling method. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive statistics and SEM–Partial Least Square program with IBM Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (IBM SPSS) Statistics 22.0 and WarpPLS 3.0. The hypotheses in this study are how the work environment influences employee performance, (2) how transformational leadership affects employee performance, (3) how organizational culture affects job satisfaction and (4) how does the impact on employee performance at Pangandaran Hotels and Resorts show. work environment, transformational leadership and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, but only leadership style has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. employee performance. Job satisfaction has no significant and positive effect on employee performance and is not a mediating variable. Originality/value – In conclusion, the role of a leader in the hospitality industry, in this case the general manager (gm), is important. Without a high quality General Manager, job satisfaction and organizational culture will not be achieved.
Kabupaten Karawang dengan pertumbuhan ekonomi dan pembangunan yang demikian pesat diberbagai sector telah merubah pola ekonomi masyarakat dan permasalahannya menjadi lebih kompleks, berbagai kebutuhan masyarakat di Karawang sangat tergantung kepada penggunaan bahan yang bersifat anorganik dan material lain dari produk dari pengolahan bahan kimia seperti sterofoam, plastic, fiber dan lain sebagainya. Hal tersebut tentu saja menyebabkan muncul permasalahan dimana timbunan sampah plastic dan produk anorganik lainnya menjadi semakin besar setiap tahunnya. Data yang diperoleh dari dinas lingkungan hidup dan kebersihan kabupaten karawang menyatakan bahwa pada tahun 2016 volume sampah plastik di tempat pembuangan sampah Jalupang rata rata mencapai 1.100 meter kubik setiap harinya, bahkan pada saat menjelang hari raya biasanya volume sampah diperkirakan mengalami kenaikan hingga 45%. Sementara dari laporan yang disampaikan DLKH diprediksi bahwa peningkatan volume sampah plastic setiap tahun meningkat sebesar 5%. Hal ini sejalan dengan peryataan dari kementrian lingkungan hidup dan kehutanan (KLHK) bahwa data menunjukkan sampah yang dihasilkan di Indonesia pada tahun 2017 mencapai 65,8 juta ton, ini berarti jika tidak dilakukan upaya untuk mengantisipasi sampah akan menyebabkan timbul gunungan sampah di beberapa daerah yang menyebabkan persoalan yang jauh lebih besar lagi. Limbah plastik merupakan masalah yang sudah dianggap serius bagi pencemaran lingkungan khususnya bagi pencemaran tanah. Karena sifatnya yang merupakan bahan anorganik sehingga plastic tidak bisa terurai oleh bakteri dan membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama untuk dapat terurai, sehingga sifatnya ini mampu menyebabkan turunnya tingkat kesuburan tanah, selain itu penggunaan plastic oleh warga masyarakat juga menjadi salah satu permasalahan yang cukup sulit untuk dikendalikan.
