<p class="Abstrak">Research on human resource development have been carried out. With the aim of can be used as parameters to create the development of quality human resources. This research aims to know the influence of opportunities on the assessment of the performance of employees. Opportunities under study is divided into three indicators, namely the environment, the rules and colleagues. Sampling technique in this study using a sampling of saturated. The technique of data analysis was conducted gradually, starting from the editing, coding, scoring and tabulation. In addition, using a likert scale developed by Ransis Likert. While for the development of research using statistical methods, it is necessary to qualify the classical assumption test before the test is conducted multiple linear regression. It aims to determine how much significance of significance testing. The results from the hypothesis t, there is on the value t<sub>count</sub> for the partial (sequential) starting from X<sub>1</sub> = 2,639, X<sub>2</sub> = 3,379 and X<sub>3</sub> = 2,210. In addition, the results of the hypothesis F, contained in the value of F<sub>count</sub> simultaneously (together) was 12,597. While the value of R Square (R<sup>2</sup>) of 0,282, if then the result of 28.2%. It can be concluded from the three independent variables affect the dependent variable by 28,2%.</p>
Salah satu metode untuk meningkatkan kualitas adalah Lean Six Sigma dengan konsep DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, dan Control). Hal ini berorientasi bahwa hanya akan ada 3,4 cacat produk dari setiap 1 juta produk yang diproduksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk lensa di PT. XYZ, terutama lensa tipe x yang sering terjadi cacat produk. Hasil penelitian menunjukan, ada 9 (sembilan) jenis cacat produk pada lensa tipe x selama periode Desember 2019. Diantaranya: Bubble, Mold Derty, Thicknes Out, Edge Problem, Crack, Rellease, Lint, Scratches dan Prishm. Dari hasil perhitungan didapatkan rata-rata level sigma yaitu 5,3 dengan nilai rata-rata DPMO sebesar 242. Berdasarkan diagram pareto, perbaikan diprioritaskan pada 3 (tiga) jenis cacat yang paling dominan. Yaitu jenis defect Bubble dengan persentase cacat 52%, Thicknes Out 30% dan Mold Derty 10%. Kemudian dilakukan analisis sebab akibat menggunakan fishbone, diketahui bahwa faktor manusia, material, tools, mesin, lingkungan dan metode menjadi faktor penyebab terjadinya ketiga jenis cacat. Tahap improvement dilakukan usulan perbaikan menggunakan metode 5W+1H sebagai bentuk perbaikan dalam peningkatan kualitas.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the strategy of marketing management SME snacks. Although it already has a fairly large market share, but the bare possibility of the presence of competitors engaged in the same field. Then the right strategy is to use the analysis of strength, weaknesses, opportunities and threat (SWOT). In addition, with the approach of matrix internal factor evaluation (IFE), matrix external factor evaluation (EFE) and the matrix internal external (IE). Renewal in the research is the use of the IFE, EFE and IE matrix. This is so that the results of the assessment can determine the position and strength of the business. Then the results of the study show that SME snacks have 8 strength, 7 weaknesses, 6 opportunities and a 5 threat. In addition, the results of the IFE matrix is weighted by 2.74 this show is in the position of the average. While the results of the EFE matrix weighted by 3.01 it is shown to be in a strong position. While the results of the IE matrix is in quadrant II, it is within the scope of a strategy to growth and nurture (growth and build).
Pengembangan sumber daya manusia adalah penyiapan individu pegawai yang memikul tanggung jawab yang berbeda atau lebih tinggi di perusahaan. Pengembangan biasanya berhubungan dengan peningkatan kemampuan intelektual atau emosional yang diperlukan untuk menunaikan pekerjaan yang lebih baik. Pengembangan sumber daya manusia berpijak pada fakta bahwa pegawai membutuhkan pengetahuan, keahlian, dan kemampuan yang berkembang agar pegawai mampu bekerja dengan baik. Pengembangan sumber daya manusia dapat diwujudkan melalui pengembangan karier, pendidikan, maupun pelatihan. Melalui pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang tepat, ketergantungan perusahaan terhadap rekrutmen sumber daya manusia baru akan berkurang. Terutama rekrutmen yang berasal dari luar perusahaan. Kajian ini dapat sebagai bahan acuan atau parameter perusahaan dalam memperhatikan kemampuan (ability) pegawai, motivasi (motivation) pegawai dan peluang (opportunity) pegawai terhadap penilaian kinerja pegawai.
This study aims to determine the chain of sales of vegetables in Teluk Jambe, Karawang Regency. In addition, it can cut off the chain of sales from farmers to consumers. While the scope of this study only discusses the vegetables only. This research type is descriptive qualitative and done with the concept of qualitative descriptive. Descriptive qualitative is the concept of research with the process of obtaining data that is potluck. Analyze the supply chain of vegetables commercial with the methods of Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR). The results of the study showed the presence of Sis-Log In Apps could be cut chain sales. So from the results of this study provide a positive impact for farmers. In conclusion, Sis-Log In Apps is designed to cut the chain of sale of commodity vegetables only. With the results as a liaison and direct intermediaries between farmers and consumers.
