<p class="Abstrak">Research on human resource development have been carried out. With the aim of can be used as parameters to create the development of quality human resources. This research aims to know the influence of opportunities on the assessment of the performance of employees. Opportunities under study is divided into three indicators, namely the environment, the rules and colleagues. Sampling technique in this study using a sampling of saturated. It aims to determine how much significance of significance testing. The results from the hypothesis t, there is on the value t<sub>count</sub> for the partial (sequential) starting from X<sub>1</sub> = 2,639, X<sub>2</sub> = 3,379 and X<sub>3</sub> = 2,210. ABSTRAKKecelakaan kerja adalah suatu peristiwa atau momen yang tidak direncanakan serta tidak diinginkan yang bisa mengganggu proses produksi atau operasi, namun kemungkinan dapat terjadi dan dapat menimbulkan kerugian. Untuk mengurangi dampak atau risiko kecelakaan di CV CKS tersebut, peneliti menggunakan suatu manajemen risiko yang menggabungkan dua tools, yaitu metode Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) dan diagram tulang ikan (fishbone diagram). Metode FMEA digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi semua aktivitas yang berisiko menimbulkan kecelakaan dan menganalisis tingkat keparahannya, sedangkan metode diagram tulang ikan digunakan untuk menganalisis penyebab terjadinya kecelakaan, yang kemudian dapat diketahui penyebab mana yang menjadi prioritas dan membuat tindakan perbaikan yang bisa diambil untuk mencegah atau mengurangi peluang terjadinya kecelakaan kerja yang akan terjadi. Dari hasil perhitungan, didapatkan nilai Risk Priority Number (RPN) tertinggi yaitu sebesar 43,8 diperoleh dari jenis kecelakaan kerja jari tangan terjepit mesin. Terjadinya kecelakaan kerja dapat diminimalisir dengan penanganan yang tepat, termasuk pengawasan yang ketat, penanganan prosedur kerja yang sesuai, dan mengingatkan pentingnya menggunakan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD). This study aims to determine the effect of the refiner time (time milling reset) on the quality of tissue. This study is important because refiner can affect the quality of the tissue. This is because quality is the key to a product that can be trusted by consumers. The Data collected is primary data during the process of making tissue (handsheet). Time to LBKP (5, 10 and 25) minutes and NBKP (10, 30 and 40) minutes. Each pulp was made as much as 2 pieces. Then do the testing in QC Laboratory with testing the factors that determine the quality of the tissue. Such as: freeness (degree of milling), thickness (thickness), machine direction tensile (strength), basisweight (heavy), elongation (power creep) and porosity (density of fibers). The results obtained if the old refiner time, then: (1) the freeness of the lower, (2) thickness will be higher, (3) measure the direction tensile will be higher, (4) the elongation will be higher and (5) porosity will be higher. But will not affect the value of the base weight.
<em>Products Degan SK 150 ml is a beverage product that is most in demand by consumers and is a coconut juice drink or nata. PT Prima Kemasindo always strives to maintain the quality of its products, especially the Degan SK 150 ml product. However, there are still products that do not meet the standards set by the company. This is because the company has not used a definite method to monitor the control limits for the level of product damage. Thus, this study aims to determine the limits of damage control and the level of damage that occurs, the factors that cause product damage and its consequences, as well as suggestions that can be given to improve product quality. The research method used is Statistical Quality Control (SQC) with p-chart, pareto diagrams, and fishbone diagrams. The result showed that the level of damage of Degan SK 150 ml product was beyond the control limit and there were five types of damage that often occurred during the January-March 2021 period caused by human factors, methods, and machines. Thus, there are seven proposed improvements given to the company in order to reduce the level of product damage.</em>
The use of e-commerce as a means of shopping is a trend that is very much in demand by many Indonesians. This makes e-service quality very important in a transaction. Customer preference is one of the main factors in shaping a business strategy. This research discusses the use of cluster analysis to segment Shopee's e-commerce customers based on sociodemographic characteristics with k-means algorithm and conjoint analysis to determine which e-service quality attributes are most important to each cluster. The sociodemographic characteristics to be analyzed are gender, education, profession, e-commerce visit, income, and last purchase from the e-commerce. The result from k-means algorithm is there are 2 groupings of customers based on their sociodemographic characteristics, cluster 1 with the majority of women members with frequent visits, while for cluster 2 with the majority of male members with frequent visits. With the result of cluster analysis, conjoint analysis help this research to find which e-service quality attributes are most important. The results are members in cluster 1 prioritize Full payment payment methods when shopping online, while members in cluster 2 prioritize star seller types when shopping online. The aspect that doesn't matter most when shopping online is fulfillment in cluster 1 and security in cluster 2.
