In this modern era, technology has become something that can be found in almost every part of our daily life. Even in today's era the use of technology is difficult to keep away from human life. With these technological developments and changes, technology is increasingly becoming more effective and efficient. One of them in the development of technology in terms of communication and information. Mobile phones are complementary goods where mobile phones must be equipped with a cellular operator. So the increasing use of mobile phones, the more users of cellular operators will also increase. This increase was also followed by the number of providers in Indonesia, one of which is PT Telkomsel. Today's customers easily switch to competing products if the products and services used by consumers are no longer attractive in the minds of consumers. The factors that influence loyalty are satisfaction, product quality and price. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of product quality and price through customer satisfaction on customer loyalty of Telkomsel users. This type of research is associative research and the population in this study is Telkomsel users whose number is unknown. The sampling method used is accidental sampling. Data analysis was carried out through PLS-SEM using the SmartPLS program.

The objective of the research is to analyze of transformational leadership and non-physical work environment of employee performance through job satisfaction at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V. This type of research is causal with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of main office, totaling 503 employees. Used primary and secondary data which are obtained through documentation study and questions list. Taken by using simple random sampling. The data are analyzed with structural equation modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS 3.0 version. The results demonstrated that transformational leadership had positive and significant effect on employee satisfaction, non-physical work environment positive and hadn’t have significant effect on employee satisfaction, transformational leadership had positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, non-physical work environment had positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction had positive and significant effect on employee satisfaction. Transformational leadership indirectly had had positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction and non-physical work environment had positive and significant effect on employee satisfaction through job satisfaction.

This study aims to analyze the destination image and memorable tourism experience on revisit intention through tourist satisfaction at Maimoon Palace. The type of research used in this research is associative research. The population in this study were tourists who visited the Maimoon Palace with the samples taken in this study were 135 respondents. Withdrawal of the number of sample sizes is done by non-probability sampling using purposive sampling method. The data used are primary data and secondary data obtained through a list of statements and documentation studies. The data analysis technique uses structural equation modeling (SEM) with the Smart PLS version 3.0 analysis tool. The results of the study directly show that destination image has a positive and significant effect on revisit intention, memorable tourism experience has a positive and significant effect on revisit intention, destination image has a negative and significant effect on revisit intention, memorable tourism experience has a positive and significant effect on revisit intention, and tourist satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on revisit intention. Then the results of tests carried out indirectly indicate that tourist satisfaction is not able to mediate the relationship between destination image and revisit intention, but tourist satisfaction is able to mediate the relationship between memorable tourism experience and revisit intention.
