Abstract. Fashion industry is currently one of the creative economy industry groups that has an influence on the increase in Gross Domestic Product. Nos Jeans is one of creative economy industries engaged in jeans manufacturing sector which does not yet understand the importance of a marketing strategy. Problem that occurred at NOS Jeans was decline in purchasing power compared to it’s competitors which was exacerbated by the condition of the Covid-19 virus pandemic which caused NOS Jeans sales to decrease by 25% -50%. Purpose of this research is to find out the current business potential owned by NOS Jeans and to design business development strategy that must be carried out by NOS Jeans based on the results of Business Model Canvas method. Strategy planning is carried out using SWOT analysis in form of identifying environmental factors, calculating IFE and EFE matrices, creating SWOT matrices, and determining SWOT quadrants. This study shows that condition of NOS Jeans is in quadrant 1 (growth), so it’s necessary to develop right strategy for NOS Jeans. Formulation of suitable strategy for NOS Jeans is to form digital marketing team to build an online marketing strategy so that marketing can reach wider range, purchase automatic machines for production process in order to minimize expenses, especially employee wages, and expand target market that was originally only Bandung Raya became national scale. Industri fashion saat ini merupakan salah satu kelompok industri ekonomi kreatif yang memberikan pengaruh pada kenaikan Gross Domestic Product. Nos Jeans menjadi salah satu industri ekonomi kreatif yang bergerak di sektor pembuatan celana jeans yang belum memahami pentingnya strategi pemasaran. Permasalahan yang terjadi di NOS Jeans adalah menurunnya daya beli dibandingkan dengan kompetitornya yang diperparah dengan kondisi pandemi virus Covid-19 membuat penjualan NOS Jeans mengalami penurunan sebesar 25%-50%. Tujuan dari dilakukannya penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui potensi bisnis yang dimiliki oleh NOS Jeans saat ini dan membuat rancangan strategi pengembangan usaha yang harus dilakukan oleh NOS Jeans berdasarkan hasil dari metode Business Model Canvas. Perancangan strategi dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT berupa identifikasi faktor-faktor lingkungan, perhitungan matriks IFE dan EFE, membuat matriks SWOT, dan penentuan kuadran SWOT. Penelitian ini menunjukan kondisi NOS Jeans berada pada kuadran 1 (growth), sehinga perlu menyusun strategi yang tepat untuk NOS Jeans. Penyusunan strategi yang cocok untuk NOS Jeans adalah dengan membentuk tim digital marketing untuk membangun strategi pemasaran secara online agar pemasaran bisa lebih luas jangkauannya, melakukan pembelian mesin-mesin otomatis untuk proses produksi agar bisa meminimalisir pengeluaran, khususnya upah karyawan, dan memperluas target pasar yang semula hanya Bandung Raya menjadi skala nasional. The research conducted is to make the model of determining the optimal transportation fleet in Bandung City, to overcome the imbalance between the number of available fleet and the number of passengers in need. This research type is quantitative with case study of two city transportation trajectory in the route of Sadang Serang Caringin and Riung Bandung Dago trajectory which at the time of preliminary research is categorized not optimal. To determine the optimal number of urban transport fleets, there are several variables associated with this include: number of passengers (P), fleet volume / frequency (F), vehicle capacity (C), cycle time (CTABA), load factor ( LF), and headway (H). The results showed that the number of public transport fleet for the route Dago - Riung Bandung and Sadang Serang - Caringin currently too much does not match the needs of the meaning is not optimal
Abstract. Product design is a stage in the process of making products based on certain shapes, sizes, and colors. Industrial Home industry is a company engaged in the bag manufacturing industry that has its own product brand, Kaboa. The problem with this is that Kaboa waistbag products have experienced a decline in sales by the significance associated with several problems, namely (1) There are no new models or innovations in Kaboa waistbag products, (2). The objectives of this study are (1) To identify the needs and demands of customers who are priorities and prove to be a variable in the quality of waistbag product designs, (2) Make waistbag product designs according to customer desires and needs to be able to meet customer demand and search. In this study, the method used to develop and request waistbag products to suit customer needs is the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method. The parameters used in the Kaboa waistbag product design process are 13 quality variables used as references. The best alternative product design options are products made from condura fabric with the cheapest production costs, good quality, strong and durable, with patterned colors according to the consumer and the company's target market with the company's ability. Abstrak. Perancangan produk merupakan tahapan dalam proses menciptakan sebuah produk berdasarkan model bentuk, ukuran, dan warna tertentu. Home industri Kindustries merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang industri pembuatan tas yang memiliki brand produk sendiri yaitu Kaboa. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah produk waistbag Kaboa telah mengalami penurunan penjualan secara signifikan yang disebabkan beberapa permasalahan yaitu (1) Belum banyaknya model atau inovasi baru pada produk waistbag Kaboa, (2) Pangsa pasar sempit yang hanya di fokuskan kepada kalangan orang yang senang melakukan kegiatan outdoor. Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah (1) Mengidentifikasi kebutuhan dan keinginan pelanggan yang menjadi prioritas dan menerjemahkannya menjadi variabel kualitas rancangan produk waistbag, (2) Membuat usulan rancangan produk waistbag sesuai keinginan dan kebutuhan pelanggan untuk dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan dan upaya memperluas pasar untuk meningkatkan penjualan. Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan untuk mengembangkan dan merancang produk waistbag agar sesuai kebutuhan dengan keinginan pelanggan adalah metode Quality Function Deployment (QFD). Parameter yang digunakan dalam proses desain produk waistbag yaitu berupa 13 variabel kualitas yang digunakan sebagai acuan. Alternatif desain produk pilihan terbaik rancangan produk berbahan kain condura dengan biaya produksi paling murah, berkualitas baik, kuat dan tahan lama, dengan warna bermotif sesuai penilaian konsumen dan target pasar perusahaan serta kemampuan perusahaan.
Various environmental issues have attracted the attention of many parties, including manufacturing companies. This encourages manufacturing companies to implement green manufacturing into their business operations. Implementation of green manufacturing is not easy to do. For this reason, companies must have the capability to be able to adapt to the rapidly changing business environment. This paper discusses how the green dynamic capability affects the implementation of green manufacturing in manufacturing companies. The study was conducted on 34 manufacturing companies regardless of their industrial sector. The research model describes the relationship between green manufacturing, green dynamic capabilities, and absorptive capacity. The results of model testing (measurement models and structural models) showed that green dynamic capability has a positive and significant effect on green manufacturing practices in manufacturing companies. Absorptive capacity directly affects green dynamic capability, and indirectly affects green manufacturing. This shows that the green dynamic capability plays an important role in the implementation of green manufacturing and must be a concern for the company’s management, especially in the implementation of green manufacturing.
