This literature review focuses on the entire world. Researchers find that working from home increases productivity for roughly two-thirds of employees by making better use of time and travel and meet higher performance standards. The article investigates working from home on employee productivity, focusing on organizations that boost employee productivity. This study examined 30 reports to determine the organizational factor's impact when working from home. Today, working from home is a famous work arrangement with companies and employees using it to perform flexible and automated work. This study examines the impact of employees working from home (Vyas & Butakhieo, 2020). Many public and private organizations provide the option of working from home as an alternative way to carry out their responsibilities. Compared to working in an office, working from home has both advantages and disadvantages for employees (Carillo et al., 2021). A new policy must create based on practical considerations for the organization and its employees so that working from home can provide new knowledge with flexibility in working hours as a policy in the future to function optimally (Xiao et al., 2021).
This literature review focuses on the relationship between working from home (WFH) and the new future order. The method employed is a bibliometric literature review that was examined using VOSviewer software. The VOSviewer software analysis technique was used to assess papers produced via the Scopus database and utilized as a reference for researchers. The findings of 315 papers were cited from 2020 to 2022, with just 40 articles being evaluated. The researchers then clarified and visualized co-authorship, co-accurance, and citation using VOSviewer softwareThis literature review, as a whole, provides a reliable starting point for additional research on the topic at hand. Working from home refers to a variety of methods of working that are common among today's workers. Working from home is a flexible and automated work method that allows employees to work from home via telecommuting, teleworking, and remote work by leveraging modern digital technology tools as a bridge to work. All men and women between the ages of 25 and 60 can work from home. Working flexibly in the "New Normal" focuses on the new order in the possibility of working from home is more focused on using SWOT analysis, which intends to read and observe working from home in the future
The purpose of helping UMKM UHAT KLB is to expand market share, facilitate online transactions, change the mindset of UMKM UHAT KLB, related to the use of digital technology. The purpose of the assistance to the UMKM Uhat KLB is because many consumers buy tofu through the wheat KLB website, so we provide deeper assistance to take advantage of digital technology. This study uses the active participation method of mentoring, namely discussion, mentoring, training, and monitoring. So, the results of the research are the application of digital technology, for example, making a brand logo by utilizing technology, where the brand logo is used as a characteristic of what KLB and as a differentiator for other tofu competitors. The second is Instagram social media, which can expand the market share of UMKM Uhat KLB. In addition, the use of omnichannel and Go Mart also makes it easier to order what KLB products. Next, that is changing the mindset of the owners and employees of what KLB that the distribution of tofu is not only through traditional markets in Malang. However, by utilizing digital technology, UMKM Uhat KLB can market its products digitally
This literature study focuses on the impact of innovation and creativity on entrepreneurship. The method used is bibliometric literature study analysis which is analyzed by VOSviewer software. The VOSviewer analysis technique was used to analyze the articles that had been compiled through the Scholar database which were taken as a reference for researchers. The findings of this article were referenced from 2017 to 2021 with a total of 26 articles from 50 articles found for analysis. Next, the researcher clarified and visualized using VOSviewer software to analyze co-authorship, co-occurrence, and citation. This study provides a reliable reference for further research on the topic, allowing for more indepth research on topics such as innovation and creativity in business. Innovation and creativity are essential to the success of any business. Innovators and creative thinkers can generate new ideas and identify new business opportunities. Every man or woman can be creative and innovative for all ages. The ability to create new and different things by carrying out innovative and creative processes is a key factor in achieving different values.
This literature study focuses on work from home and employee productivity. The strategy used is using the SLR as an instrument for searching research data, then bibliometric literature as a data processor which is analyzed by the VOSviewer software. VOSviewer software analysis techniques are used to analyze articles that have been collected through the Scopus database which are taken as researchers' references. The findings of these articles were referenced from 2013 to 2023 with a total of 547 articles, and only 161 articles were analyzed. Then the scientists continued to clarify the description of the results by using the VOSviewer software in examining co-authorship, co-accurance and citation. This literature study, in totality, presents a more accurate bibliographical objective for future researchers according to the themes discussed. Work from home (WFH) is a work process that is flexible and automatic and provides flexibility for employees to work using telecommuting, teleworking and remote work by utilizing modern digital technology tools as a bridge to work. Work from home (WFH) can be done by all men and women, from 25 to 60 years old. Working flexibly in the "New Normal" focuses on employee work productivity in the potential to work from home more towards working in a work life balance (WLB) which aims to balance work responsibilities and balance life time so as to reduce emotional fatigue from work stress, impact on performance satisfaction whose results affect the size of the wage/salary by obtaining work rewards from the company.
