AbstrakPembuatan zonasi bukanlah persoalan biasa dan alami melainkan proses yang rumit, yang menentukan diperbolehkan atau dilarangnya kegiatan para pengguna sumber daya alam. Secara ekonomi, zonasi dapat berpotensi mendatangkan keuntungan dan kerugian, dan secara sosial menimbulkan konfl ik akibat pembatasan akses. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk mengulas pemanfaatan zonasi dan akibatnya bagi pengguna sumber daya laut di Taman Nasional Bali Barat (TNBB). Hasilnya, pemanfaatan zonasi di laut TNBB dapat digunakan untuk perlindungan ekologi-biologi, pariwisata, dan perikanan dengan para pengguna yaitu Balai TNBB, perusahaan pariwisata dan nelayan. Zonasi berakibat pada pengaturan kegiatan para pengguna termasuk pembatasan.

A structural model of total quality management, kaizen, operational performance on service quality and patient satisfaction.
ABSTRACTTests are the strength effect of total quality management (TQM), Kaizen and operational performance on service quality and patient satisfaction. The other part we will test is the service quality as a mediation role to explain the effect of total quality management (TQM), Kaizen and operational performance on patient satisfaction. This research was conducted in the city of Makassar with the entire population is a patient. By using the formula Slovin, found a sample of 398 respondents. Inferential statistical analysis was used to test the hypothesis of the research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of this study indicate that TQM, Kaizen and operational performance have been shown to contribute significantly positively on service quality and patient satisfaction. The role of service quality is proven to be a mediating variable in analyzing TQM, Kaizen and operational performance effect on patient satisfaction.
Purpose
The purpose of this paper is to analyze the influence of learning culture, culture of trust and transformational leadership in the application of knowledge in a school context. Mediation analysis is used to quantify the effects that the learning culture and trust culture have on the application of leadership, mediated by transformational leadership.
Design/methodology/approach
The method involves two samples of subjects – school managers and teaching staff – of 17 educational organizations. This study used the method of partial least square or PLS with SmartPLS v. 3.2.6.
Findings
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of leadership in the application of knowledge as one phase of knowledge management. The results of this study explain that: there is a significant and direct role of learning culture in the application of knowledge, there is a significant direct role of culture of trust in the application of knowledge and there is a significant mediating effect of leadership among learning cultures and application of knowledge.
Practical implications
This study has proven that leadership behaves as a mediating instrument. This situation is critical in organizations because it makes it possible to obtain synergies in human capital and the development of knowledge. Bernard Bass believes that there are four main factors of transformational leadership, namely, idealized influence, inspirational motivation, individualized considerations and intellectual stimulation.
Originality/value
This study deepens the authors’ understanding of enablers that affect the application of knowledge in schools, specifically about leadership.
This study aims to test the human values model in order to determine satisfaction, values, work motivation, and organizational commitment of lecturers at the Faculty of Economics, UNNES. The population are all employees (BLU, CPNS, and PNS) of UNNES. By using propotinate random sampling, there are 323 employees as research sample. Furthermore, data is collected by questionnaire and analyzed by path analysis. The data were collected using questionnaires, then were analyzed using path analysis. The results of the study were. firslyt, satisfaction with remuneration and work motivation could directly influence organizational commitment. Secondly, work motivation successfully mediated the influence of values on organizational commitment. Different things showed that satifaction with remuneration had no influence on organizational commitment when mediated by work motivation
This article analyzes the hadiths concerning halal, haram, and syubhat and the attitude of the prophet on syubhat. The method applied in this article includes three aspects: 1. Explaining of the quantity and quality of the hadith in terms of sanad and matan namely explanation of the status of hadith. 2. Describing the meaning of hadith 3. Uncovering laws and wisdom contained in them. The method of analysis based on takhrij, criticism of sanad and matan, as well as explanation of hadith meaning is used to explore the quality of hadits. This article found that the Prophet Muhammad always warned his people to be aware on halal, haram, and syubhat condition. The Prophet (peace be upon him) demonstrates his thoughtful attitude towards the syubhat by avoiding it.
