Silva 2-UFAL RESUMO O objetivo da pesquisa foi analisar o PDDE como mecanismo da descentralização financeira, da participação e da autonomia escolar, no contexto de uma escola da rede pública no município de Maceió-Alagoas. A metodologia desenvolvida foi caracterizada na abordagem qualitativa, tendo como técnica de pesquisa o estudo de caso. O instrumento de coleta de dados foi realizado por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas com os atores envolvidos. Como resultados foi possível perceber que a descentralização que as normatizações do PDDE apontam é na concepção da gestão gerencialista e neoliberal, cujo responsáveis pela oferta de uma educação de boa qualidade é responsabilidade da comunidade a qual a escola pertence.
O texto apresenta discussões sobre os modelos de gestãoescolar instaurados no período pós – LDB, de 1996 e suas implicaçõespara o cenário educacional. As reflexões possibilitaram compreenderque a gestão escolar democrática está em segundo plano nas práticaseducativas, em detrimento da gestão gerencialista apresentadanas políticas educacionais, preconizada pelos organismos multilateraise confirmada pelo Estado avaliador.
A escola, como dimensão necessária para as mudanças sociais, tornou-se um ambiente isolado e sem movimento em tempos de pandemia. O objetivo da pesquisa foi compreender o processo de organização escolar e os desafios na atuação dos diretores escolares da rede pública municipal de Maceió no contexto do isolamento social, ocasionado pelo novo coronavírus (COVID-19). O estudo foi realizado por meio de uma abordagem qualitativa, tendo, como técnica, a pesquisa exploratória. Utilizou-se a aplicação de questionários on-line como instrumentos de coleta. A análise dos dados deu-se a partir da Análise de Conteúdo. Os resultados apontaram que os gestores escolares estão desenvolvendo diferentes atividades, mediadas pelas tecnologias e pelas plataformas digitais, contribuindo para a condução das propostas educacionais em uma construção coletiva e democrática, tendo, como ponto de partida, a valorização pela vida e a preocupação com o bem-estar dos envolvidos.
Esta pesquisa se voltou para o estudo do planejamento da educação, tendo por foco o Plano Municipal de Educação das cidades de Recife e de Olinda. O estudo foi realizado por meio de uma abordagem com caráter exploratório. Os sujeitos entrevistados foram três gestores escolares, quatro vice-gestores e quatro coordenadores pedagógicos de quatro escolas, sendo duas de Recife e duas de Olinda, os quais contribuíram para a concepção de planejamento educacional vivenciado em escolas públicas. Como principais resultados, foi possível perceber que os Planos de Recife e de Olinda sinalizaram uma concepção de planejamento educacional global, sistematizando diferentes dimensões para a concretização de uma educação pública de boa qualidade. Ficou perceptível que os gestores escolares das instituições pesquisadas não têm a mesma visão sobre o planejamento da educação apresentada nos Planos.
O presente artigo busca refletir sobre a formação de professores no cenário das políticas públicas educacionais com ênfase na análise do PNE (2014-2024), especificamente, as metas 15, 16, 17 e 18; e nas Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais para a Formação Inicial e Continuada dos Profissionais do Magistério da Educação Básica - DCNs. A metodologia desenvolvida foi a partir da abordagem qualitativa, por meio da pesquisa bibliográfica e da análise documental. Como resultado, foi possível refletir que o PNE (2014-2024) e as DCNs são instrumentos relevantes para a concretização de políticas de formação inicial e continuada para os professores, necessitando, portanto, de uma articulação dos diferentes entes da federação nesse favorável campo da educação.
