Aims: Multi-group analysis can be known as modeling the moderator variable since the strength of this method to moderates the influences of exogenous on endogenous variable. Basically, researchers interest to employ such method to extend their study to be more intense and practical. Sampling: This paper work used stratified sampling which is one of the probability sampling. Thus, the parametric method can be applied as set of statistical assumption. Methodology: Thus, multi-group analysis has become convenient to be practice in second generation modeling namely Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Nevertheless, the limitation of Covariance Based Structural Equation Modeling (CB-SEM) causes the difficulties of researchers to further their studies. Hence, Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) introduced to satisfy the necessity of researchers. Truthfully, multi-group analysis is not implement

The Important-Performance Matrix Analysis (IPMA) is widely used in analytical technique that yields prescription for the management of customer satisfaction. IPA is a two-dimensional grid based on importance and performance of customer satisfaction. Yet, this paper intend to use the volunteers as a research subject to identify to what extent the strength of the relationship between exogenous and endogenous variable that can be derived. As pedagogical theoretical and past empirical studies, attribute level of performance and importance is relevance and significant. These finding reveals the capabilities of IPA towards a volunteerism program. Using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling with SmartPLS 2.0, the asymmetric relationship importance and performance is provided. Futhermore, it shown that benefits factor is a major importance and performance for establishing Motivation.
This article related to a character education model aims to link the orientation of intra-curricular activities and extra-curricular activities, which are typically conducted separately. In this context, the built model is not to reproduce what has been taught in intra-curricular activities, which leads to inefficiencies. It is also not as a substitution where extra-curricular activities replaced intra-curricular activities based on the assumption of distrust in the process of character formation in intra-curricular activities. The model in the form of extra-curricular activities has a role in strengthening character education efforts performed in intra-curricular activities. This rises within the Islamic studies subject and Tahfidz Quran extra-curricular activity. By building the spirit of character education, the model creates the Quran as the primary foundation to the life philosophy of Minangkabau people in West Sumatra, “Adat Basandi Syara, Syara Basandi Kitabullah.” This model is derived from the research conducted in two senior high schools: SMAN 1 Padang Panjang and SMAN 1 Padang. The research uses qualitative methodology, and data are collected through observation, interview, and documentation. The results of the study are thematically analyzed in three main categories: the reinforcement patterns of the curriculum of Islamic Studies through Tahfidz Quran activities; students’ efforts in memorizing the Quran; and the impacts of Tahfidz program initiation on students’ character.
Human beings as individuals and social beings are constantly faced with various problems or issues that they encounter in almost every side of life. Precise decision making is required to overcome these problems so that all of the alternative solutions can be achieved optimally. One's position in an organization or institution has often been distracted by some polices and decision, and therefore, he or she has to consider solutions while keeping the organization runs well. This is so because in every organization whether big and small, the changing of situation such as personnel shift has often raised conflict and misunderstanding. These problems must be avoided or clarified. Policy and decision making in substantive Islamic education is not too much different from the common theories of policy and decision-making. However, the policy and decision-making in Islamic education is more focused on the principles outlined in the Quran and the Hadith of the Prophet (Peace be upon him).
In tropospheric layer, radio waves can propagate in a number of different physical mechanisms such as free-space propagation or line-of-sight propagation, reflection, transmission, diffraction, scattering and wave guiding. The constituents in weather such as the wind, air temperature and atmospheric water content may combine in many ways. Certain combinations can cause radio signals to be heard hundreds of miles beyond the ordinary range of radio communications. This study investigates the effect of weather (temperature) on radio wave propagation up to 9GHz. Continuous-wave (CW) envelope fading waveforms were recorded over a period of the one-hour using patch antenna. The observations were conducted at KUSZA Observatory, East Coast Environmental Research Institute (ESERI), UniSZA which is situated in Merang, Terengganu. Spectrum Analyser was used for RFI measurement and weather station for weather effect. The graphs of radio signal attenuation for weather parameter (temperature) against time were plotted. The findings indicate that there is a relationship between radio signals with the change of temperature. The correlation between RFI frequencies and temperature give negative effect for frequency 945 MHz, was r = -0.085, while for 383 MHz (r = 0.249), 1800 MHz (r = 0.268) and 2160 MHz (r = 0.134). These findings will benefit radio wave propagation research field which includes radio astronomy observations, space science, wireless communication, satellite, antenna and mobile communication and also electromagnetic radiation (EMR) research for health.Keywords-temperature effect, radio signal propagation, radio astronomy, radio frequency interference.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
