Tuberculosis adalah penyakit menular langsung yang disebabkan oleh kuman TB (Mycobacteriumtuberculosis). Rumah yang tidak memenuhi syarat kesehatan merupakan salah satu faktor resiko penyakitTB Paru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara lingkungan fisik rumah dengankejadian TB Paru di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Mirit Kebumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode surveianalitik dengan rancangan kasus kontrol. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah penderita TB Paru danbukan penderita TB Paru yang berjumlah 40 orang. Tehnik pengambilan sampel menggunakan totalsampling. Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan signifikan antara kejadian TB Parudengan luas ventilasi ( p = 0,004; OR = 7,429), pencahayaan alami ( p = 0,004; OR = 7,000), suhu ( p =0,003; OR = 8,500). Disarankan agar setiap akan merenovasi atau membangun rumah agarmemperhatikan aspek sanitasi rumah sehat dan meningkatkan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat.
The policy of countering terrorism in Indonesia is carried out through hard power (namely law enforcement) and soft power (in the form of counterradicalism and de-radicalization). The deradicalization program of terrorism carried out by the Indonesian government, especially the National Counterterrorism Agency, has been running less than optimally, with indicators of the many acts of terrorism occurring in Indonesian territory. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the pentahelix model in the terrorism deradicalization program in Indonesia, which involves five parties, namely academics, business, community, government, and the media (ABCGM). The research method used is descriptive qualitative method, with data interview techniques in the form of interviews and literature studies. The results showed that the less than optimal de-radicalization program of terrorism in Indonesia was caused by the absence of business actors (business community) and the media. So far, only the government, academia, and society have been involved, even though important business groups are involved in providing funds through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) to former terrorists for business capital, while the media is also very important in creating anti-radicalism and anti-terrorism narratives in print, electronic, online, and social media. Salah satu langkah kesiapan menghadapi musuh adalah menggelar program bela negara bagi semua masyarakat. Dalam hal ini masyarakat harus memiliki semangat nasionalisme, patriotisme, cinta tanah air dan kemampuan fisik dan disiplin untuk membela negara ketika negara dalam keadaan perang menghadapi musuh. Bela negara sangat penting bagi bangsa Indonesia mengingat sistem pertahanan negara adalah sistem pertahanan semesta dimana rakyat merupakan komponen pendukung yang harus siap membela negara dari berbagai ancaman musuh. Kegiatan pelatihan ini dilakukan secara bertahap, mulai dari tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan dan tindak lanjut. Dalam kegiatan persiapan dilakukan dalam bentuk rapat persiapan di internal tim pengabdian meliputi persiapan materi, penentuan pemateri dan target yang akan dicapai. Selanjutnya tahap pelaksanaan yaitu pelatihan tentang penulisan artikel, pemberian motivasi, dan praktek penulisan artikel. Pelatihan dilakukan sesuai kesepakatan waktu antara tim pengabdian dan guru-guru di sekolah. Kegiatan Pelatihan telah dilakukan pada tanggal 14 agustus 2018 bertempat di aula SMA N 11 Muaro Jambi. Tahap terakhir adalah tindak lanjut dari pelatihan yaitu pendampingan penulisan artikel hingga artikel guru-guru SMA N 11 Muaro jambi dapat dimuat di Jurnal Nasional maupun Internasional. Hasilnya guru SMA N 11 Muaro Jambi telah berhasil menulis artikel dan dipublikasikan di Jurnal terakreditasi.
The climate change has an impact on various lives, including in the vector breeding. The Aedes aegypti resistance as an infectious agent of dengue fever is harmful for life, especially to non-target organisms and the environment. Nano-silver (Ag2NO3), is a new form of engineering in vector control. The aim of this research was the toxicity test of nano-silver (Ag2NO3) and carbamate (CO2NH3 derivatives) on Aedes aegypti larvae. This was a laboratory research (true experiment), used for 3-4 instar stage larvae toxicity test . The number of samples was calculated using an experimental approach, with a completely randomized design. As simply, can formulated as follows, (t-1) (r-1)> 15. The amount of this samples were 14. The toxicity test with carbamate compounds, at concentration 0.01 mg / l as many as 80% larvae were death, whereas on concentrations 0.5 mg / l as many as 92% of the test animals were death. Toxicity test with nano-silver on concentration 0.3 mg / l, all of the test animals (100%) experienced were death. The results of the observations also showed that the instar more active in the low cocentration of Ag2NO3 (0.01 mg/l - 0.1 mg/l). The conclusion are, nano-silver is more effective than carbamate compounds, and there is a potential for resistance.
