Objective: According to the 2016 Routine Health Profile Report, the exact causes of maternal mortality are hypertension (33.07%) and bleeding (27%). The exact cause of preeclampsia is unknown and is therefore referred to as the “disease of theory”. This study aimed to determine the relationship between age, BMI, gravida and parity with preeclampsia. Methods: This cross-sectional, analytic observational study, conducted in Hasan Sadikin Hospital, Bandung. Subjects are pregnant women undergoing antenatal care at Hasan Sadikin Hospital Bandung, in May 2020 a total of 40 women with a gestational age of ≥ 20 weeks. The univariate and bivariate data were analyzed with SPSS. The Saphiro Wilk test was used to measure the data normality. The ANOVA one-way test and Fisher test were used to analyze the bivariate data. Results: Results show that of 19 samples with preeclampsia, 13 people (68.4%) were older than 35 years old with p-value of 0.042 which indicates a significant relationship. There is no significant difference between BMI, gravida, and parity, with the incidence of preeclampsia with p-value 0.602, 0.664, and 0.661 respectively. Conclusion: There is a relationship between mother’s age and the incidence of preeclampsia in Dr. Hasan Sadikin Hospital with p value = 0.042. This means older than 35 years old mothers have a tendency to develop preeclampsia.
ABSTRAKMedia online sebagai sarana kebutuhan masyarakat sekarang ini sudah menjadi salah satu faktor dalam meningkatkan kesadaran akan suatu brand khususnya pada video game. Nintendo sebagai salah satu perusahaan game dunia memiliki produk Nintendo 3DS yang dirilis pada tahun 2011. Dari produk tersebut, banyak media online khusus game yang memberitakan perkembangan produk baik fitur maupun software yang mendukung. Perumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana tanggapan/ respon audience media berita online khusus game tentang produk Nintendo 3DS pada media online khusus game, seberapa besar awareness audience pada produk Nintendo 3DS dan seberapa besar pengaruh media online khusus game terhadap Brand Awareness Nintendo 3DS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komponen dari berita online yaitu variabel Timeliness, Proximity, Prominence, Consequence, dan Human Interest berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap Brand Awareness sebesar 52,7% dan sisanya sebesar 47,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel bebas lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini. Nintendo as a one of the biggest game company in the world owns Nintendo 3DS which was released to public in 2011. The product, has many news online media which was report the product specification or software supporting the operating system. Problem formulation for this research is to find out how the reaction/response of the audience of online media specifically for video game, how the audience awareness of Nintendo product and how big the influence of online media specifically for video game to Nintendo 3DS brand awareness. The result of this research shows that components of online news includes timeliness, proximity, prominence, consequence, and human interest variables altogether influenced the brand awareness for 52,7% and 47,3% is influenced by other free variables which is not included in this research.
Hospital as the provider of health service, should be well managed to improve the quality of service and the quantity of patient. The existence of hospitals both private and government-owned causes intense competition in providing the best health care services. Patients' satisfaction occurs when their needs, desires and hopes can be fulfilled. To implement this, the hospital should hold a good relationship with patients. Factualy health services remains a complex problem. The complexity of the problem, arise along with the development of medical technology, the increasing socioeconomic , educational, and public knowledge about health. This research is intended to find out the effect of brand equity and customer value on customer satisfaction RSUD Bhakti Dharma Husada Surabaya. Research's approach is quantitative approach. The data were collected by taking sample of population were 111.443, using sampling purposive. From questionnaires that were distributed to 110 respondents and those who met the requirement for sample were 100 respondents. The result was: (1) brand equity has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction; (2) customer valuehas a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.
Mengevaluasi penggunaan antibiotik dengan metode Gyssens pada pasien seksio sesarea di RSUP Hasan Sadikin Bandung pada periode Januari-Desember 2018. Mengevaluasi ketepatan waktu penggunaan antibiotik profilaksis pada pasien seksio sesarea di RSUP Hasan Sadikin Bandung pada periode Januari-Desember 2018. Mengetahui keuntungan penghematan yang diperoleh jika metode Gyssens digunakan pada periode Januari-Desember 2018. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif eksploratif retrospektif yang dilaksanakan di RSUP dr. Hasan Sadikin Bandung pada pasien yang dilakukan seksio sesarea. Data diambil dari rekam medis bulan Januari-Desember 2018 Hasil: Pasien yang sesuai dengan metode Gyssens sebanyak 451 atau sebesar 59,5%. Untuk pasien yang menggunakan antibiotik profilaksis pre-op sebanyak 722 atau sebesar 95,3%. Sedangkan ketepatan antibiotik profilaksis yang diberikan 30 menit sebelum operasi seksio sesarea 618 pasien atau 81,5%. Penghematan yang dapat diperoleh selama tahun 2018 jika menerapkan metode Gyssens sebesar Rp 73.144.200. Kesimpulan: Penggunaan antibiotik ditemukan masih banyak yang tidak rasional, sehingga kualitas penggunaan antibiotik pada bagian obstetri Rumah Sakit dr. Hasan Sadikin Bandung masih perlu ditingkatkan. Abstrak Tujuan untuk mengetahui lebih dalam tentang turun peranakan atau prolaps alat genitalia dapat disamakan dengan suatu hernia, dimana suatu organ genitalia turun ke dalam vagina, bahkan mungkin keluar liang vagina. Hal ini karena kelemahan otot fasia dan ligamen penyokongnya. Kerusakan pada penyangga vagina dapat terjadi dalam satu lokasi saja (misalnya, dinding vagina anterior saja), tetapi lebih sering terjadi kombinasi. Metode merangkum daftar referensi terupdate sebagai bahan artikel yang dapat menjadi pedoman dan tatalaksana prolaps organ panggul. Hasil tidak semua prolaps alat genitalia membutuhkan terapi, karena banyak penderita tidak mempunyai keluhan, terutama stadium I dan kadang-kadang stadium II. Pada mereka yang mempunyai keluhan tentu perlu penanganan dengan tepat agar penderita merasa lebih baik. Prolaps uteri stadium II dan III dipilih vaginal histerektomi dan disertai dengan kolporafi anterior dan kolpoperineorafi, Hal ini terutama bila penderita sudah mengalami manaupose atau tidak memerlukan lagi organ reproduksi. Kesimpulan, walaupun tidak mengancam nyawa, akan tetapi prolapsus alat genitalia dapat menurunkan kualitas hidup wanita. Kata kunci : Prolap alat genital, kualitas hidup wanita
