Komunikasi efektif merupakan kunci bagi perawat untuk mencapai keselamatan pasien berdasarkan standar keselamatan pasien di rumah sakit. Rumah sakit Raden Mattaher Provinsi Jambi merupakan salah satu rumah sakit yang telah menerapkan program keselamatan pasien sejak tahun 2010. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan komunikasi efektif dengan pelaksanaan budaya keselamatan pasien di RSUD Raden Mattaher Provinsi Jambi. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain Cross Sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan random sampling. Instrument pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat dengan uji Chi Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan signifikan pelaksanaan budaya keselamatan pasien dengan komunikasi efektif nilai p=0,00 3,409 (95% CI= 1,796-6,471). dengan adanya komunikasi efektif dengan metode SBAR dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan budaya keselamatan pasien yang baik di rumah sakit.
This study aims to determine the determinants of willingness to pay national health insurance contributions to independent participants in Jambi City. This study uses a quantitative method with a cross sectional design. The population is all participants of the National Health Insurance (JKN) in 3 sub-districts (East Jambi District, Jambi Market and Jelutung) namely 42,592 participants. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between, income, perception of illness and ability to pay contributions with willingness to pay contributions, and there is no relationship between education and the number of family members with willingness to pay contributions.
The provision of health services is one way to meet the needs and demands of the community for health, in the process including health financing. There are six financing patterns applied, one of which is out of pocket financing and Social Health Insurance Administration Body. The ability to buy health services depends on the readiness of the family to finance the household, so socioeconomic status influences the use of health financing patterns. This study uses quantitative methods with a cross-sectional research design. The population is the head of the family who seeks treatment at Abdul Manap Hospital, with as many as 89 respondents. Data collection using a questionnaire and data analysis using chi-square. Based on the analysis, the variables that have a relationship with the pattern of Social Health Insurance Administration Body financing are income (p-value 0.000), occupation (p-value 0.003), number of family members (0.028), and asset ownership (0.000). Meanwhile, the one that does not have a relationship is education (0.276). The conclusion of this study is that income, occupation, the number of family members, and asset ownership have a relationship with the use of financing patterns, while education has no effect.
Background : The coverage of BPJS Health membership has reached more than 80% of the total population, but the utilization rate of health services for PBI group participants is the lowest, one of which is in Jambi City. The purpose of this study was to determine the dominant factors that influence the utilization of health services for PBI participants in Jambi City.
Method : An observational analytic study using a cross sectional design with a population of PBI BPJS Health participants in Jambi City. Calculation of the sample using the Lemeshow formula, as many as 106 samples with accidental random sampling technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire sheet, then the data was processed through data editing, data coding, data entry, data cleaning, and data processing, then analyzed by univariate, bivariate with chi-square test, and multivariate with multiple logistic regression test.
Results : The results showed that the most dominant factor influencing the utilization of health services in Jambi City PBI participants was knowledge (OR=0.173).
Conclusion : Health Service Providers are expected to increase socialization and education efforts to the public on the importance of utilizing health services (promotive, preventive, curative, rehabilitative) both directly and by maximizing the role of social media accounts of health facilities.
