This study determined the effect of Visionary Leadership and orgazitional culture on the performance of Vocational High School Teacher in Prabumulih City. This research uses quentitative approach with Survey Method. This study population of 125 people, namely vocational High School teacher in Prabumulih city. The research sample of 30 people. The sampling technique in this study is random sampling. Data collectional technique using documentational and questionnaire. Data were analyzed using simple regression techniques and Multiple regression techniques. The result showed that: (1) visionary leadership had a positive and significant effect on the performance of Vocational High Shcool Teachers in Prabumulih City; (2) organization culture had a positive and significant effect on the performance of Vocational High Shcool Teachers in Prabumulih City, and (3) visionary leadership and Organization culture jointly have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Vocational High Shcool Teachers in Prabumulih City.
The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Learning Media and Learning Interests on Student Learning Outcomes in Man 1 MusiBanyuasin. Students of Man 1 Musi Banyuasin were the object of this study. The sample was conducted on 87 students of Man 1 MusiBanyuasin. The sampling technique used purposive sampling in which the respondents were some of the students of Man 1 Musi Banyuasin. The data collected by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale to measure 73 statement items. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that first, students' interest in learning and the use of learning media simultaneously had a significant effect on student learning outcomes. Second, student learning interest had a partial and significant impact on student learning outcomes. Third, the use of learning media had a partial and significant impact on student learning outcomes.
The study's goal is to determine whether madrasah principals' leadership styles, motivation, and teacher work discipline have an effect on teacher performance in the Mts Negeri 2 Palembang Region. This study's tool is descriptive quantitative, with a survey methodology, data collection methods to determine the population, and a single sample of 60 teachers drawn from a population of 92. Multiple linear regression with simultaneous and partial experiments is used in the data analysis methodology. The findings of this study show that hypothesis testing (H1) has shown that there is an influence between the leadership style of madrasah principals and teacher performance, as follows: 1) the leadership style variable of madrasah principals has a significant influence on teacher performance variables, and 2) the motivation variable has a significant influence on teacher performance variables.
The purpose of this research is to discover and analyze: (1) the impact of leadership on teacher performance; (2) the impact of the headmaster's management on teacher performance; and (3) the partial or simultaneous impact of the headmaster's leadership and management on teacher performance. This is a quantitative study using an ex post facto research approach. This study was carried out at SD Negeri Kecamatan Lempuing Jaya Ogan Komering Ilir Regency with a population of 259 teachers for the withdrawal of research samples using proportional random sampling, and 72 respondents were obtained. Documentation and questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability are used in this study's data collection procedures. Run the normality test, autocorrelation test, heterosesedastisity test, and multicollinierity test are used to meet the criteria of the analysis. Techniques for data analysis based on the t test and the F test. The findings of this study indicate that the principal's leadership and management have an impact on the performance of public elementary school teachers in Lempuing Jaya Subdistrict Ogan Komering Ilir Regency, both individually and concurrently.
This study aims to discover the significant influence of Organization Culture on teacher performance in cluster 1 Rambutan Subdistrict, Banyuasin Regency . This research uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The data was analyzed using multiple linear regression formulas.The results of this study show that there is a significant influence of Organization Culture on teacher performance of elementary school with a t count value of 4,182 and t table of 1,998 where t count > t table then Ha2 received. The conclusion of this research is that good organization culture where they would actualized teacher performance.
