Indonesia is an equatorial country that has abundant natural wealth from the seabed to the top of the mountains, the beauty of the country of Indonesia also lies in the mountains that it has in various provinces, for example in the province of West Nusa Tenggara known for its beautiful mountain, namely Rinjani. The increase in outdoor activities has attracted many people to open outdoor shops in the West Nusa Tenggara region. Sales transaction data in outdoor stores can be processed into information that can be profitable for the store itself. Using a market basket analysis method to see the association (rules) between a number of sales attributes. The purpose of this study is to determine the pattern of relationships in the transactions that occur. The data used is the transaction data of outdoor goods. The analysis used is the Association Rules with the Apriori algorithm and the frequent pattern growth (FP-growth) algorithm. The results of this study are formed 10 rules in the Apriori algorithm and 4 rules in the FP-Growth algorithm. The relationship pattern or association rule that is formed is in the item "if a consumer buys a portable stove, it is possible that portable gas will also be purchased" at the strength level of the rules with a minimum support of 0.296 and confidence 0.774 at Apriori and 0.296 and 0.750 at FP-Growth.
This study aimed to describe the problem-solving abilities and mathematical connections of the sixth-semester students of Physics Tadris in the Statistical Physics course, especially the Bose-Einstein Equation Material. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. Data collection in this study used a cognitive test technique in the form of a description test to measure students' mathematical abilities, which amounted to 8 questions, of which four were used to measure problem-solving abilities, and four were used to measure students' mathematical connections. Data analysis was carried out descriptively to determine the profile of students' mathematical abilities and the distribution of predicate achievement on the ability of problem fractions and students' mathematical connections. The results showed that students' average problem-solving ability and mathematical connection were in the Pretty Good category.
The purpose of this research is to gain an overview of the working environment, competence, motivation and work performance of the employee at Tanjung Jabung District Education Office; and to know the influence of the working environment andwork motivation against the competencies and performance of pergawai; as well as to know the influence of work motivation on performance. To answer the research objectives, the author uses the theory that studies related to the variable of researchi.e. working environment theory, competence, motivation and work performance. In addition the author also searched for relevant earlier research in the form of articles/journals and previous thesis to support this research. The population in this research is an employee at Tanjung Jabung District Education Office East of 65 employees.Due to the number of population in this study less than 100 people then in this research sampling method using the method of census. Analysis techniques using pathanalysis to see the direct and indirect influence, and was succeeded by testing the RSquare and hypothesis testing partially and simultaneous with t-test and F-test of the test path analysis is done, the results the research showed that the work environment has an impact on the competence and motivation of working and performance of employees. Where on the basis of the results of the test t (partial) and F (Simultaneous) indicate that the work environment and competence has a significant and positive influence towards the working motivation and performance, as well as the motivation of working also has the influence of the significant and positive towards the performance of employees. This explains that if an organization has a good working environment and supported by employees who have good competence, then it would have an effect on the motivation of work that have implications for improved performance against employees on Tanjung Jabung District Education Office. This research makes some conclusions based on results of research i.e. work environment,competence, motivation and performance of employees at Tanjung Jabung DistrictEducation Office in a pretty good condition; the work environment and the competence of a positive and significant effect against the motivation of working either partially or simultaneously; the work environment and the competence of a positive and significant effect on performance clerk either partially or simultaneously; the motivation of working effect on employee performance; and the work environment and competence together through motivation affect direct and indirect employee performance against at Tanjung Jabung District Education Office.Keywords: work environment, competence, Motivation and Work performance.
This study aims to see the effect of the Experiment-based Group Investigation learning model on the academic skills of students at one of the Madrasah Aliyah Negeri in Tebo. This research is quantitative by using the experimental method. using a posttest-only control group design. This study used two classes, namely the experimental class and the control class, sampling using the cluster random sampling technique. The instruments used for data collection are test questions and observations. Before the data were analyzed, normality and homogeneity tests were first performed. Then, the data were analyzed using a t-test and effect size. Based on the results of the study, it is known that there is an effect of using the Experimental-based Group Investigation learning model on the Academic Skills of students in learning physics. This can be seen from the calculation of the average post-test academic skill score for experimental class students, 78.7 out of 26 students, and the average post-test academic skill score for control class students, 73.7 out of 25 students.
This research aims to explore multicultural education dialogue and harmony in diversity based on the Qur'an. It aims to get anxious answers to various interpretations of the Qur'an, which then aims at understanding that is inclusive of the Qur'an. By conducting a thematic interpretation study with an anthropological approach, the concept of interpretation is found, which produces an inclusive understanding. It accepts diversity as sunnatullah by always maintaining tolerance and harmony in diversity. There are many Qur'anic verses which show that diversity is God's will as a test for humans to compete in goodness. Humans must realize tolerance, harmony, and cooperation, so it is necessary to form a collective agreement jointly. Delik pemalsuan surat merupakan kejahatan yang klasik namun masih menghiasi statistik kejahatan di Indonesia. Realistasnya sebagai tindak pidana yang eksis, masih terdapat perbedaan penafsiran terhadap makna unsur dalam delik pemalsuan surat. Hal tersebut menimbulkan ketidakpastian bagi penegak hukum dalam menerapkan delik pemalsuan surat terhadap peristiwa hukum konkrit. Sehingga diperlukan pemahaman yang jelas terhadap makna dan bentuk-bentuk delik pemalsuan surat yang diatur dalam Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penjelasan terhadap bentuk pemalsuan surat dalam arti formil dan materil beserta akibat hukumnya, sehingga dapat membantu penegak hukum dalam menerapkan delik pemalsuan surat terhadap peristiwa hukum konkrit. Abstract:Letter forgery is a classic crime but still adorns crime statistics in Indonesia. As a criminal offense that still exists, there are still different interpretations in the meaning of the elements in the letter forgery crime. This creates uncertainty for law enforcers in applying the article of letter forgery crime against concrete legal events. Thus, a clear understanding and form of the letter forgery crimes regulated in the Criminal Code are required. This paper aims to provide an explanation of the form of letter forgery in a formal and material sense and its legal consequences so that it can assist law enforcers in implementing the right letter forgery article against concrete legal events.
Muhammadiyah Universities in South Sulawesi face the challenges of competitiveness, quality of human resources and lecturer's on Tridharma performance in the field of education and teaching, research and scientific publications, and dedication to the community and other support activities.This research aims at reconstructing the development of intellectual capital through Al-Islam Kemuhammadiyaan values approach. So as to create good work behavior in order to support the university's performance on Tridharma.This research is a quantitative research with positivist approach. The research design used in quantitative research is an explanatory research using survey methods at 10 Muhammadiyah universities in South Sulawesi by distributing questionnaires to 154 lecturers, but that can be processed only 146 questionnaires. Primary data were then analyzed using Structural Equations Models (SEM) techniques and the program is Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS).
Every organization is required to be in a conducive condition in order to produce optimal performance to serve the community. The successfulness of an organization in many activities was based on technological advantages, fund avalaibility, facilities and human capital. It demanded that every organization of the company must improve its competence in terms of human resources. This research was explanatory research with a quantitative approach that aimed to:1) analyze the effect of motivation on organizational commitment;2) analyze the effect of motivation on employees’ performance;3) analyze the effect of organizational commitment on employees’performance;4) analyze the effect of motivation on employees’ performance through organizational commitment. The study was conducted at the Regional Service Office of PT Telkom Kandatel Gorontalo Province with the total sample of 45 people, the sampling technique used was saturated sampling (census). Primary data collected using the questionnaires were then processed and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the study indicated that:1) motivation had a significant positive effect on organizational commitment;2) motivation did not have a significant effect on employees’ performance;3) organizational commitment had a significant positive effect on employees’ performance;4) motivation had a significant positive effect on employees’ performance through organizational commitment of PT Telkom Kandatel Gorontalo Province employees.
