Via Verde: nova expressão de centralidade em Rio Branco, Acre-Brasil

Abstract: Resumo O presente texto traz uma discussão acerca da valorização imobiliária em Rio Branco, capital do Estado do Acre. O poder público, como forma de direcionar o crescimento urbano para outra porção da cidade, decidiu criar um novo centro administrativo e descentralizar alguns serviços.
