Uberização Do Trabalho: A Percepção Dos Motoristas De Transporte Particular Por Aplicativo

Abstract: No contexto da economia de plataforma, objetivou-se analisar a percepção dos motoristas sobre o trabalho que realizam para as empresas-aplicativo (transporte particular por aplicativo) em São Paulo. Metodologicamente, trata-se de uma pesquisa descritiva, com método Survey e análise fatorial. O questionário, na escala Likert, foi aplicado a 100 motoristas.
