Discipline towards science learning is defined as a habit that characterizes students in responding to nature and science object. This study aims to analyze the students' discipline toward science learning. The research using a quantitative approach, this study employed the use of the survey method. From 612 students, the Random Sampling technique was used to select the respondents. Thus, this study analyzed the data from 187 students of State Secondary Schools in Muaro Jambi Regency. The data obtained using questionnaires. The results of the study are based on the measurement of the indicators on the students' discipline in science learning. The findings show that in the first indicator, 69 % of students are categorized as very good. In the second indicator, discipline in joining science lessons, 35,8% of students are categorized as very good. In the third indicator, discipline in doing science tasks, 46% of students are categorized as good. In the fourth indicator, discipline in learning science at home, 47,1% of students are categorized as fair. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the students' discipline towards science learning is considered as positive.

This article aims to describe the learning discipline of high school students during the COVID-19 pandemic. This article uses the literature review method, the literature used is related to articles that are relevant to the topic of learning disciplines, online learning and obstacles during learning. The results of the study show that student learning discipline during the COVID-19 pandemic is very important to apply because it can help students to focus on learning and complete assignments during online learning. Learning discipline is influenced by external and internal factors, as well as the need for good cooperation between students, teachers, parents, and the school so that the online learning process runs conducive.

Teacher teaching skills and student learning discipline as external and internal factors empirically have a significant effect on student learning outcomes. This article discusses the results of research on the effect of two independent variables on one dependent variable. By using explanation survey method, data were collected by distributing questionnaires developed with Likert scale model to 62 students at a vocational high school in West Bandung regency as the object of research. Descriptive analysis indicates that teacher's teaching skill is in moderately high condition, students learning discipline is in high condition, and students' learning outcomes is in moderate condition. Multiple regression analysis shows that teacher's teaching skills and student learning discipline have a positive and significant influence on student learning outcomes. To improve the influence of the relationship between two independent variables and one dependent variable, the relationship between teacher and student must be continuously improved so that student learning outcomes can be obtained maximally.
