Identify the frequency, direction, content, communication channels, characteristics and stages of adoption of innovations for cultivators and development of sustainable aquaculture in Bogor Regency and analyze the effect of frequency, direction, content, communication channels on the stages of adoption of innovations for catfish enlargement cultivators in Bogor Regency. This study uses a pragmatic paradigm with a mixed approach or method because the innovation communication strategy for the development of sustainable aquaculture is not enough to answer only by measuring the influence between variables in a post-positivist manner, but needs to be traced through the process of communication of innovation between cultivators as actors. Data collected based on data sources consist of primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained directly from respondents at the time the research was conducted, while secondary data is supporting data that is already available at the research location obtained from the Livestock and Fisheries Service of Bogor Regency, data available to extension workers and data available to extension workers. catfish rearing group. Research Results Based on the test results related to whether or not the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable can be seen based on t count and significant value. From the table above, the ttable value is 13.843 > 2.042 (ttable obtained by finding df and looking at ttable, df = number of correspondents - 2 and a significance value of 0.00 <0.05. Based on these measurements, the R value is obtained at 0.930, and after interpretation it is known that there is a very high relationship between the variables x and y.The R Square test (R2) is used to determine how much influence the value of the regression coefficient (R) states there is a correlation between the independent and dependent variables.

Nowadays socio-technopreneurship as emerging trend among start-ups. The Covid-19 pandemic could be a factor in increasing the total number of socio-technopreneurs in Indonesia. The qualitative method was applied in this study. The descriptive analysis research method was used to collect data, conduct interviews with founder, CEO and business manager, and gather evidence. The study's objectives are to define the character of a socio-technopreneur and to analyze the obstacles and challenges that socio-technopreneurs face in Indonesia. The results show the character of a socio-technopreneur as (1) collaborative, (2) concerned with a social mission, (3) have creative and innovative ideas, (4) confident, (5) dare to take risks and challenges, (6) have a leadership spirit, (7) optimism, and (8) adopt with digital/technology. Some tenants, who are MSMEs or farmers, have difficulties or are unfamiliar with the system or procedure, even after it has been demonstrated to them. Second, the use of technology or digital marketing by socio-technopreneurs creates opportunities for a larger market. In the middle of today's challenges, there are several opportunities for people to improve their wealth by becoming entrepreneurs who shift into socio-technopreneurs. Socio-technopreneurship is a critical aspect in the growth of the Indonesian economy, particularly the local economy. The growth of socio-technopreneurship based on social mission and technology adoption can accelerate the development of technological entrepreneurship, reduce social issues, create new jobs, contribute to technology transfer and innovation, and strengthen national economic growth.

Una de las maneras para superar las necesidades económicas y productivas de las diferentes zonas rurales, es a través del emprendimiento. Por este motivo estudiar desde epistemologías como la fenomenología, el constructivismo, y el empirismo, logra abarracar las diferentes preguntas y brechas que se presentan en las incidencias para el desarrollo formación de los jóvenes en actividades de emprendimiento agrícola. Sin embargo, el emprendimiento da soluciones a las problemáticas sociales en cada una de las regiones. De esta manera también logra estimular en los jóvenes de los colegios agrícolas nociones de emprendimiento, y genera aportes en la transformación de los entornos, aumentando las dinámicas económicas adaptadas en las regiones, que finalmente aportan al desarrollo de los jóvenes, y la obtención de capacidades en emprendimiento. Se realiza una revisión sistemática de artículos publicados en revistas indexadas en inglés y español de aportes investigativos en temas de formación en emprendimiento agrícola, las experiencias que se dan de acuerdo con las condiciones y características de cada uno de los diferentes estudios realizados, y su adaptabilidad en los entornos rurales a partir de los paradigmas que enmarcan estas condiciones en cada una de las regiones a nivel global.
