Industrial development has an impact on competency requirements that must be aligned with the provision of competencies in vocational school. Vocational school graduates who are able to work in accordance with their field of expertise are one of the keys to the success of vocational education. The purpose of writing this article is to determine the vocational alignment based on the schema. The method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection techniques using interviews. The research was conducted during a workshop organized by the Directorate of Vocational Education. The research subjects were Indonesian vocational school teachers. The research procedure used the Denzin & Lincoln model. Data analysis was carried out with the assistance of the Atlas.ti software version 8.3. The results of this study provide information that there are three important things that need to be done by vocational school and Industry to be able to carry out and develop competencies, namely process, strategic management, and duties and responsibilities. The three things that are the findings, of course, have their respective indicators which can be done specifically by vocational school and Industry. The results of this research can be used as a collective reflection for vocational school and industry in increasing competence and developing the ability to create quality graduates for vocational school and to find competent workforce candidates for Industry.

<span>Productive teachers are teachers who teach vocational subjects. A productive teacher has complex characteristics and professional requirements so that job satisfaction must be considered. The research objective was to analyze the direct effect of organizational climate, management of facilities and infrastructure, organizational citizenship behavior on the job satisfaction of productive teachers. The research employed a quantitative approach with a survey method. The research sample was conducted at 46 private vocational high schools with a total of 270 productive teachers in East Jakarta, Indonesia. Data was analyze using path analysis. The results showed that there is no direct influence of organizational climate on job satisfaction of productive teachers; there is no direct effect of facility and infrastructure management on job satisfaction of productive teachers; there is a direct influence of organizational citizenship behavior on job satisfaction of productive teachers.</span>

This study proposes to analyze the differences in learning outcomes of pupils, who learn cooperative learning models of group investigation and conventional learning. The research sample consisted of class X a (30 people) who learned the cooperative learning model of the group investigation model and class X b (30 people) taught using conventional learning models with the topic of learning is basic electronic (capacitors). The sampling technique uses random sampling with a non-equivalent control group design. Data collection techniques consisted of written tests, observation sheets and documentation. Meanwhile, research instrument used achievement test (objective criteria) in the form of multiple-choice questions that comprise as many as 25 of the given level (C 1), understanding (C 2) applying (C 3) and analyzed. Students' test results were analyzed using descriptive statistical data analysis and inferential statistical data analysis. The analysis results obtained that there is a difference of learning outcomes between the experimental class and a control class with an average of 80.8 to 69.6 for the control class and experimental class. From the analysis, it was found that there was no significant difference between the experimental and control classes based on the N-gain value. So it can be concluded that the group investigation learning model does not have a significant effect on improving student learning outcomes.
