The Effect of Lecturer Competence on Work Productivity of Private Higher Education Lecturer in Aceh

Abstract: The number of lecturers 1769 people, the number of samples of 313 people was taken by Proportional Sampling. The research instrument was used a questionnaire with Likert scale. Research data was processed and analyzed by simple regression analysis. This regression analysis begins by testing the requirements analysis including normality test, linearity test and regression significance.
