This study aims to determine the magnitude of the value of the influence of the work climate on the work productivity of private university lecturers in Aceh Province. The population of this research is the number of lecturers in 8 (eight) private universities in Aceh Province, namely Gajah Putih Takengon University, Al Muslim Bireuen University, Gunung Leuser University Aceh, Jabal Ghafur Sigli University, Abulyatama University, Muhammadiyah University Aceh, Serambi Mekah University Banda Aceh, Usman Safri High School, with a total of 1769 people, while the number of samples taken by proportional sampling is 313 people. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The research data were analyzed with a simple regression analysis that began with the analysis requirements test, including normality test, linearity test and significance of a regression. The results showed that; the work climate directly determines the work productivity of Aceh's private lecturers by 0.3512 = 0.09, the rest is influenced by other variables outside of this research variable. Conclusion of the regression test of 9% and the results of the linearity calculation obtained a simple regression equation Y = 44.79 + 0.41X. This shows that work productivity is influenced by the competence of lecturers.
This article aims to describe the role of Ulama as Dayah managers in building an attitude of moderation and providing an ideal concept of religious moderation among students at Dayah Education institutions in Aceh. The service is carried out by mentoring which is carried out jointly with the Dayah manager. In mentoring the servant observes the application and understanding of the concept of moderation that occurs among the santri, and ends by providing material and the concept of religious moderation to the santri through presentation of the material and through group communication in the activities of the santri at the Dayah Education Institute. Prior to the introduction of the concept of religious moderation at Daya, it was found that the students had errors in understanding or interpreting the teachings of the sciences given and this had a serious impact on their practice in social and state life, such as giving birth to students who were anti-tolerant, radical so that they fell into religious organizations. terrorism organization. The results of the dedication obtained a belief that Dayah in Aceh as an Islamic education has a great responsibility in equipping his students to be moderate. Thus teachers, administrators to the head of the Islamic boarding school are expected to first have the character of religious moderation. Not a few students who are at the Aceh Dayah educational institution have been contaminated with radical mindsets because there are still many teachers or religious teachers who guide these students to instill anti-tolerant concepts due to certain interests. So that the role of Islamic education institutions is appropriate in collaborating on curriculum or SOPs for students to form the character of religious moderation. This service uses the Participation Action Research (PAR) method, namely acting as a facilitator or companion. So that the Management of the Dayah educational institution can echo and invite its students and alumni to have a moderate Muslim mindset. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran ulama sebagai pengelola Dayah dalam membangun sikap moderasi dan memberikan konsep moderasi beragama secara ideal di kalangan santri pada lembaga Pendidikan Dayah di Aceh. Pengabdian dilakukan dengan cara pendampingan yang dilakukan secara bersama dengan pengeloala Dayah. Dalam pendampingan pengabdi mengobservasi penerapan dan pemahaman konsep moderasi yang terjadi di kalangan santri, dan akhiri dengan pemberian materi dan konsep moderasi beragama kepada para santri melalaui pemaparan materi dan melalui komunikasi kelompok dalam aktivitas santri di Lembaga Pendidikan dayah. Sebelum pemberian konsep moderasi beragama dilaksanakan di Daya, para santri ditemukan adanya kesalahan dalam memahami atau memaknai ajaran ilmu yang diberikan dan hal ini berdampak serius pada pengamalanya dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat dan bernegara, seperti melahirkan santri-santri yang anti toleran, Radikal hingga terjerumus kedalam organisasi-organisasi terorisme. Hasil pengabdian diperoleh satu keyakinan bahwa Dayah di Aceh sebagai pendidikan islam memiliki tanggung jawab besar dalam membekali satri-santrinya agar bersikap moderat. Dengan demikian pengajar, pengelola hingga kepala dayah diharapkan terlebih dahulu memiliki karakter moderasi beragama. Tidak sedikit santri-santri yang berada di Lembaga pendidikan Dayah Aceh sudah terkontaminasi dengan pola pikir radikal dikarenakan masih banyak pengajar atau ustad-ustad yang membimbing santri-santri tersebut menanamkan konsep-konsep anti toleran dikarenakan kepentingan tertentu. Sehingga dengan demikian sudah sepantasnya peran Lembaga pendidikan dayah mengkolaborasikan kurikulum atau SOP pembelajarnya pembentukan karakter moderasi beragama. Pengabdian ini Menggunakan metode dalam Partisipation Action Reasearch (PAR) yaitu berperan sebagai fasilitator atau pendamping. Sehingga Pengelolaan Lembaga pendidikan Dayah ini dapat menggaungkan dan mengajak santri-santri dan alumninya memiliki pola pikir muslim yang moderat.
ABSTRAK Artikel ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan respon kepemimpinan Lembaga Pendidikan dan organiasi, di Provinsi Aceh yang menggunakan lulusan IAIN Langsa sebagai tenaga kerja/karyawan terhadap kompetensi yang dimiliki pada saat berada dalam aktivitas kerja. Berdasarkan tujuan tersebut, telah dilakukan survey kepuasan pengguna lulusan dengan menggunakan angket (Google Form) yang disebarkan kepada 93 pimpinan Lembaga Pendidikan dan organisasi yang beroperasi di Provinsi Aceh. Jawaban angket dijadikan sebagai sumber data kajian yang kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif melalui diagram lingkaran guna mempersentasekan kategori tingkat kepuasan pengguna lulusan IAIN Langsa dalam dunia kerja. Hasil analisis data memberikan respon bahwa kompetensi lulusan IAIN Langsa tentang penguasaan Bahasa asing, kemampuan tekhnologi, komunikasi kerja, kerja sama tim, dan kemampuan pengembangan diri, masih belum mencapai kriteria sangat memuaskan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan level kriteria sangat memuaskan yang diakui oleh pimpinan organisasi kerja di Provinsi Aceh, adalah rata-rata di bawah 50%. Sehingga disimpulkan bahwa kompetensi lulusan IAIN Langsa sangat perlu ditingkatkan agar mampu menyesuaikan dengan tuntutan dan perkembangan dunia kerja. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, Pengguna Lulusan, dan Dunia Kerja ABSTRACTS This article aims to describe the response of the educational institutions leadership and organizations, in Aceh province that using IAIN Langsa graduates as workers or employees to their competencies while in work activities. Based on this objective, a graduate user satisfaction survey was conducted using a questionnaire by Google Form which was distributed to 93 leaders of educational institutions and organizations operating in Aceh Province. Questionnaire answers were used as a source of study data which were then analyzed using descriptive statistics through pie charts to represent the category of user satisfaction level of IAIN Langsa graduates in the world of work. The results of data analysis provide a response that the competence of IAIN Langsa graduates regarding mastery of foreign languages, technology skills, work communication, teamwork, and self-development abilities, has not yet reached very satisfactory criteria. This is evidenced by the very satisfactory level of criteria recognized by the leadership of work organizations in Aceh Province, which is below 50% on average. So it is concluded that the competence of IAIN Langsa graduates really needs to be improved in order to be able to adapt to the demands and developments of the world of work Keywords: Leadership, Graduate Users, and The World of Work
Abstract;The lecturers problem has been criticized by many people including academics, practitioners, and government. They questioned a number of lecturers performance with various problem in the university. The formulation of the problem in this research is there anyeffect of organizational culture on the performance of lecturer of Islamic Higher Religious College (PTKIN) in Aceh Province. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Organizational Culture on Performance lecturer PTKIN in Aceh Province. The population of this research are all lecturers at 5 (five) PTKIN in Aceh Province namely; IAIN Langsa, IAIN Malikussaleh Lhokseumawe, STAIN Gajah Puteh Takengon, UIN Ar-raniry Banda Aceh and STAIN ChikDirundengMeulaboh,which amounted to 727 people. The technique of determining the sample in this study was taken by Proportional Randoms Sampling of the Solvin formula, where with this technique the number of samples used counted 258 people. The research instrument used is a questionnaire with Likert scale.Research data is processed and analyzed by simple regression analysis. This analysis begins by testing the requirements analysis including normality test, linearity test and regression significance. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture directly determines the performance of the lecturer of PTKIN in Aceh Province is 31.9%, while the rest is influenced by other variables outside the variables in this study.
This article aims to analyze the factors that influence the interest of non-Muslims in Langsa Aceh to save in sharia banks. This study with non-Muslim samples in Langsa Aceh uses field research with a focus on interviews and observations to find data. Furthermore, the data is reduced and processed with rules that have been determined in the field research system. The findings of this study indicate four important factors that influence the interest of non-Muslims in Langsa Aceh to save in sharia banks. First is knowledge factor, second is location factor, third is promotion factor, and fourth is environmental factor. An important recommendation from this research is that sharia banks realize the enthusiasm of non-Muslims to save in sharia banks so that they become a focus of promotion and socialization. Sharia banks must offer an objective system of the advantages of the Islamic banking system.
