“…Es de conocimiento de cada pp. 328-346 uno de los agentes educativos y de la población en general, que la calidad del sistema educativo ha sido una temática frecuente en las últimas décadas, siendo su propósito principal que los docentes impartan una educación de calidad, enfocada a alcanzar los aprendizajes de acorde a la realidad y necesidades que demanda el mundo globalizado (Abidin, 2021;Bianchetti, 2017); a pesar de los esfuerzos, muchas veces, no se logra alcanzar en su totalidad; por ello, cada vez mayor cantidad de estudiantes demandan en sus docentes el incremento de dicha calidad, convirtiéndose en uno de los requerimientos actuales (Ch et al, 2021).
