El propósito de este documento es investigar las competencias que deben desarrollar aquellas personas que deseen emprender un negocio en cualquier sector de la economía; ya que no basta con tener buenas ideas, en Ecuador un gran porcentaje de los emprendimientos tienden a desaparecer en el primer año de vida por lo cual es importante desarrollar las competencias necesarias para poder mantener a flote el negocio. Objetivo. Encontrar las competencias más relevantes para garantizar el éxito en la implementación y en el funcionamiento de un emprendimiento. Método. Se realiza una investigación bibliográfica sistemática de corte trasversal con la revisión de artículos de scopus de los últimos 5 años. Resultados. El índice de desempleo en Ecuador ha motivado al crecimiento de emprendimientos; los emprendedores no tienen las competencias que les permita llevar a delante su propósito; los emprendedores tienen que desarrollar competencias para que sus negocios sean exitosos. Discusión y conclusiones. En este estudio se muestra que la mayoría de los emprendedores en el Ecuador tienen un nivel de escolaridad que en el mejor de los casos han culminado el bachillerato lo cual afecta la permanencia y provoca un quiebre temprano que se evitaría al desarrollar las competencias mencionadas.

Maintaining the resilience and community life in rural areas with facing various socioeconomic problems especially the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic make social entrepreneurship is very urgent. Social entrepreneurship sees the problem as an opportunity to form a new business model. The results achieved are not only material benefits, but how the ideas put forward can have a good impact on society at large. In doing so, nurturing the rural socioeconomic problems it requires the presence of socio-preneurs who are able to bridge social needs and current services. This study aims to analyse how the strength of Socio-preneurs in nurturing the rural socioeconomic conditions with community empowerment programs in the fields of education, economics, agriculture and environment which is based on four elements, namely: social value, civil society, innovation, economic activity. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative through field research. The results show that the strength and capacity of Socio-preneurs are very important because they act as agents of change for the environment, improve systems, find new approaches and create solutions as part of sustainability development goals (SDGs) especially in dealing with the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic for sustainability better life.

The purposes of the research were 1) to design a framework for a Digital Repository system for Knowledge management By Using Collective Intelligence and Big data for SMEs. And 2) to evaluate the appropriateness of the framework by experts. The 10 individuals chosen were experts in the field of Information Technology by purposive sampling. The data collection tools were the system and the assessment of an appropriate model using a 5-level rating scale. The statistics used in the data analysis were means and standard deviation. The results showed that 1) The framework for a Digital Repository system for Knowledge management By Using Collective Intelligence and Big data for SMEs consisted of 3 components as followed: a) Knowledge Management, b) Cloud Knowledge Management System, and c) User Interface 2) the expert opinions were that it was absolutely appropriate in overall.
