Síndrome de Fournier secundária a adenocarcinoma de próstata avançado: relato de caso

Abstract: RESUMO: A Síndrome de Fournier é uma fasciite necrotizante rapidamente progressiva que acomete a genitália e região perineal. Mesmo com os avanços na terapêutica, a morbidade e a mortalidade desta afecção permanecem elevadas.
