Reestruturação organizacional: os principais desafios para o Ministério Público do Rio Grande do Norte

Abstract: Resumo:Este artigo visa avaliar o processo de reestruturação organizacional do Ministério Público do Estado do Rio Grande do Norte (MPRN) ocorrida no ano de 2010, verificando os impactos administrativos decorrentes do processo de mudança e implantação da nova estrutura organizacional.
