Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Aker Solutions Batam

Abstract: <p><em>This study was to determine the relationship of job satisfaction and employee performance PT.Aker Solutions Batam. This study uses quantitative analysis linearity test, a test instrument using a questionnaire based on the test scores of responses. The population in this study were all employees of PT.
