This study aims to see the effect of teaching factory learning on work readiness of vocational students majoring in online business and marketing in Malang. The number of samples in this study amounted to 281 vocational students with the criteria of having implemented teaching factory learning in schools and had implemented industrial work practices. The influence test is done using structural equation modeling (SEM). Descriptive analysis was also carried out in this research to provide an overview of the respondent's answers to each question item given in this study. The results of this study indicate that the better the implementation of teaching factory learning will increase motivation, personal maturity, social maturity, form good work attitudes and student work skills as dimensions of the variable work readiness of vocational students. Based on the dimensions of students 'work readiness, teaching factory learning has the greatest impact in shaping students' personal maturity. Overall the results of this study show a positive value so that it can be concluded that the better the teaching of teaching factory is, the better the students' work readiness will be and vice versa.

Vocational education is one of education that is unique in the orientation of creating work-ready people with the appropriate knowledge and skills. World changes in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, provide new direction in enhancing human resource in the form of new challenges. This research was conducted to see the challenges and opportunities that exist in the industrial era 4.0 related to the development of human resource in vocational education in Indonesia. The study in this research used the literature method. Literature study is used to see the literature related to the subject. From this topic, conclusion were drawn, so that it can be seen some of the challenges that exist in Industry 4.0. but behind that, there are also opportunities that vocational education has that can be maximally utilized in building quality human resource.

<em><em>In the digital era of disruption 4.0, featured automatization and connectivitation movement of transformation on education and work competencies were not linear anymore, where every graduate student must master the skills of digital literature, technology, and human resource. The social community service seminar was followed by 66 candidates consist of students, teachers, and structural officials on SMK Negeri 2 Singkawang. The seminar was an open lecturer discussion, question, and answer methods. The seminar emphasized the necessity to build virtual classrooms for teachers and students to collaborate internally or between schools by exchanging information, knowledge, and learning together in increasing their competencies.</em></em>
