Individual career development along the life span is integrated in each role, setting, events in life and is influenced by many factors. One of the factors that affect the development of the individual's career is a family environment. At issue now is the development of a career is not a major concern for parents. Parents consider issues relating to the development of careers is the responsibility of the teacher at the school, particularly teachers of guidance and counseling. The problem becomes when the teacher/counselor who understands the BK and understand deeply about children and career progression does not perform activities of collaboration/cooperation with parents to jointly realize the optimal child development careers so it is able to take decisions appropriately and independently with regard to education and career in the future. This paper discusses the basic concept of collaborative career guidance, career guidance principles and collaborative implementation of collaborative career guidance to establish career planning high school students.
The successful implementation of guidance and counseling in schools is not only the duty of counselor alone, but further a common task among school personnel (both the principal, teachers, class guardian, administration officials and other students) and the school environment (parents , communities, and others). This paper presents ideas with regard to the importance of establishing collaborative with other persons to help optimal students development. PENDAHULUANSistem pendidikan di Indonesia jauh-jauh hari sudah menetapkan layanan bimbingan dan konseling sebagai bagian utuh dari pendidikan untuk mewujudkan siswa yang mandiri dan berkembang secara optimal. Dalam praktiknya, layanan bimbingan dan konseling itu mengacu kepada pola pelayanan bimbingan dan konseling yang dikenal dengan bimbingan dan konseling komprehensif. Pola tersebut mengandung arti bahwa layanan bimbingan dan konseling diselenggarakan secara terpadu dan berkesinambungan pada semua aspek dan jenjang pendidikan, dan tidak hanya melayani siswa di sekolah saja, akan tetapi juga memberikan layanan bimbingan dan konseling di lingkungan luar sekolah, seperti lingkungan keluarga serta lingkungan masyarakat.Lingkungan keluarga menjadi perhatian layanan bimbingan dan konseling karena lingkungan keluarga merupakan lingkungan yang penting dalam perkembangan individu, mengingat lingkungan keluarga merupakan lingkungan sosial dan pendidikan pertama yang berpengaruh terhadap pembentukan sikap, keyakinan dan kepribadian individu, yang akan berpengaruh bagi kehidupannya dimasa mendatang.Studi yang dilakukan berkenaan dengan peran lingkungan keluarga dalam usaha membantu siswa mempersiapkan dan merencanakan karirnya, banyak orang tua yang beranggapan bahwa urusan persiapan dan perencanaan karir anaknya adalah urusan guru. Ada juga orangtua yang berpendapat bahwa urusan mereka hanyalah mempersiapkan dari segi materi yang dibutuhkan anaknya dalam usaha mempersiapkan atau merencanakan karir mereka masing-masing. Sedangkan urusan lain berkenaan dengan pendidikan (termasuk perkembangan karir anak) sepenuhnya diserahkan kepada guru atau sekolah. Selain menyerahkan urusan pendidikan kepada guru, terdapat juga orangtua yang menyerahkan urusan pendidikan di lingkungan keluarga
Along with technological advancements and increasingly modern times, ways of communicating between individuals have changed. Individuals communicate no longer directly with their interlocutors, but individuals prefer to communicate through social media with the help of a Smartphone. This phenomenon mostly occurs in the millennial generation called phubbing. This condition is caused by various factors, including smartphone addiction, lack of self-control and so on. Phubbing behaviour can cause the millennial to be indifferent to others, delay, short attention span, depression or other mental disorders. This type of research is library research that focuses on phubbing behaviour. one of the psychological interventions that can be done is through guidance and counseling services. Guidance and counseling services are needed to focus on behavioural media, so that individuals can use smartphones smartly.
The scientific interest in homosexual measurement has grown over the past 30 years, marked by new instruments and terms that have emerged. This condition is triggered by LGBT people who get justice, especially in westerly countries, so the instruments that emerge in westerly countries are more directed towards justice and development for LBGT people. For this reason, the existent instruments are not in accordance with the Indonesian State, because existent instruments have not been adjusted to godly and cultural values. The purpose of this study is to develop a valid and reliable Inventory of Homosexuality and Transgender Exposure (IHTE) in accordance with religious and cultural values in Indonesia. Research samples 304 people spread in 14 provinces in Indonesia. The sampling technique is done by purposive random sampling; the analysis technique used is Rasch model. The findings show that the IHTE instrument is valid and reliable, inventory development is discussed further.
