The variety of problem conditions and the specific dynamics of college student demographics demands a holistic measurement. Various measurements to reveal the attributes of students' problems have been developed in Indonesia, but they are not optimal because they are still partial. Even though a holistic measurement tool has been developed, its effectiveness is still a matter of debate, especially in measuring instrument duration and the number of items that are too large. The development of the Zadrian-Ifdil Problem Checklist (ZIPC) measuring instrument aims to obtain an effective and efficient measuring tool in identifying problems experienced by students daily. This study consists of three phases: item development, testing, validation, and item revision. The sample involved in this study were 639 people spread all over Indonesia. Analysis and validation of measuring tools using the Rasch model approach. The development and validation results revealed that the student version of ZIP-C was reliable and valid to reveal daily personal problems in 8 variables of problem conditions and 50 items. This measuring tool can be used for research purposes and practice services and mental health interventions by professionals.
The attitude of students who cannot convey what they feel without hurting the feelings of others is because the student cannot behave assertively. Assertive behavior is expressing what is felt or thought without hurting the feelings of others. This study aims to see differences in assertive behavior of students based on cultural backgrounds (Minang, Malay, Batak, Kerinci). This study uses a comparative descriptive approach carried out on BK FIP UNP students with a total sample of 248 people, using a proportional random sampling technique. The instrument of this research is a questionnaire about assertive behavior with a Likert scale model. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) and data processing using SPSS version 20.00. The findings of this study indicate that there is no significant difference in assertive behavior of BK FIP UNP students when viewed from a cultural background. This means that differences in cultural background do not determine student assertive behavior. This is indicated by the calculated F value, which is equal to 0.779 while Sig. on the degree of freedom (db) 1 and aplha (α) 0.05 is 0.506, then according to hypothesis testing criteria through analysis of variance (ANOVA), if F count is greater than F table there is no significant difference.

One of them they try and have a desire to continue to connect with what is being done by others through cyberspace so as to cause anxiety in themselves and lead to a fear, which is the fear of being left behind. This phenomenon is called FoMO (Fear of Missing Out). This study describes the level of FoMO inclination in Padang State University students. The sample used was 416 respondents spread throughout the faculties and the sampling was done using propotional random sampling technique.
