Penas Alternativas Para Pequenos Traficantes: Os Argumentos Do TJSP Na Engrenagem Do Superencarceramento

Abstract: Este texto apresenta os resultados de pesquisa sobre os argumentos mobilizados pelo Tribunal de Justiça de São Paulo para decidir as penas aplicadas aos chamados “pequenos traficantes”.
