The Covid-19 pandemic has forced people to discover a new way to work, study, learn and socialize. The terminology “work from home” is not new in the literature and practices; however, it became more and more popular around the world during the Covid-19 pandemic. The present research aims to explore work from home practices during the Covid-19 pandemic. It specifically reviews work from home practices in the civil and public services context and then discusses its implication for Human Resources Management. We employed a descriptive qualitative research approach by gathering data through literature review and conducting interviews. We identified factors that may affect the success of work from home practices in the civil and public services context and how Human Resources Management should handle the future challenges. Finally, the research limitations and suggestions are discussed at the end of the paper.

The purpose of this study is to examine the entrepreneurial motivation of students who use the audio-visual e-module as a learning resource by utilization, the effect of using the audio-visual e-module on managing the business as a learning resource by utilization with learning outcomes, and the impact of entrepreneurial motivation on managing learning outcomes. By utilizing student entrepreneurial practice learning outcomes, a business can be used as a source of learning. Quantitative methods with questionnaires and tests were used to analyze the data. The research subjects were 50 students consisting of 25 control class students and 25 experimental class students. Linear Regression Test Technique using SPSS version 24 is used to determine the effect of student entrepreneurship motivation with student learning outcomes. This study concludes that (1) the entrepreneurial motivation of students using the audio-visual e-module to manage their business as a learning resource is in the very good category; (2) There is a significant influence from the use of the audio-visual e-module in managing the business as a learning resource; (3) There is a significant effect between the entrepreneurial motivation of students who use the audio-visual e-module to manage their business as a learning resource and their utilization of the learning outcomes of entrepreneurial practices. Background: In the process of presenting information so that leaders can make decisions and plan policies, there must be good systems and work procedures in the archives sector. An institution, be it a state or private institution, will not be able to provide good, complete and accurate information data, if the institution does not have good and regular archive management. Aim: Unveiling and analyzing the performance of archival management services of the Polewali Mandar’s District Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning Office and the obstacles encountered in optimizing service performance carried out by the archives section of the Polewali Mandar’s Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning Office. Method: This study used a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were observation at the Polewali Mandar’s Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning, interviews with staff at the department, and documentation (Online and offline). Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data display, conclusion drawing, and data verification. Findings: The human resources are still very lacking, and understanding and knowledge about archive management is still very minimal, shrinkage of an archive in the office has never been done because of the lack of knowledge of employees in managing archives, there are cultural factors of bad habits that cause the absence of responsibility and discipline that causes a deterioration in employee performance. This factor is a bad example for other employees so that the sustainability of poor performance is inevitable and has an impact on employee work results.
