Covid-19 caused a transformation in the educational aspect. Teachers have difficulty implementing online learning. This is due to the lack of learning media that can facilitate students in learning. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Youtube as an online learning medium. This type of research is qualitative research. The method used in this research is qualitative research methods. The research subjects were three elementary school teachers. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique in this research is the analysis technique before being in the field and the analysis of the Miles and Huberman model. The result of this research is that Youtube can be used as a learning medium that helps students learn independently. Parents feel helped by YouTube learning media. Youtube can be accessed easily. In addition, Youtube learning media can be accessed anytime and anywhere so that parents can still accompany learning even though they are working. So it can be concluded that the YouTube learning media is effective in the online learning process. This research implies that Youtube can be used by teachers as a learning medium that can help students in learning. The selection of videos presented on Youtube must be adjusted to the material, age, and psychological development of students so that it makes it easier for students to understand the material presented on Youtube.

COVID-19 pandemic has changed the learning system in Indonesia. Learning that is usually carried out face-to-face must be changed to online learning. The fact is online learning is not running as expected. This research aims to describe learning during the COVID-19 pandemic by examining elements of learning targets, analyzing needs, obstacles, and solutions. This type of research is a case study using literature studies in the form of articles and field studies to see the learning process during the pandemic. The subjects in this study were principals, physics teachers, and students spread across four schools in Mataram, West Nusa Tenggara. Data collection was carried out by interview and observation. The results showed that the learning target does not have to match the target achievement of the 2013 curriculum. Learning focuses more on providing experiences to students. During the pandemic, learning obstacles are 1) limited mastery of technology, 2) limited internet access and wasteful data packages, and 3) less interaction. The solution given by several schools is by using video lessons and face-to-face learning using small groups.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk perhatian orang tua dalam mendukung keterampilan sosial anak selama masa pandemic covid-19. Alasan mengambil penelitian ini karena dengan adanya kebijakan physical distancing menuntut sementara waktu untuk tidak berinteraksi sosial secara langsung dengan teman sebaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan angket skala perhatian orang tua dan didistribusikan secara online. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 64 orang tua yang terkumpul dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner melalui broadcast Telegram, Whatsapp, IG dan FB selama 1 minggu. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa 76,19% atau 48 orang termasuk ke dalam kategori tinggi dalam memberikan perhatian pada anak selama berada di rumah. Kekhawatiran orang tua akan kurang terasahnya keterampilan sosial dapat diminimalkan dengan memberikan perhatian yang dapat dilakukan di rumah melalui pemberian kasih sayang, pengawasan, pemberian keteladanan dan mengajarkan berbuat baik kepada sesama
