Indução de resistência em feijoeiro por filtrado de cultura de Pycnoporus sanguineus contra Pseudocercospora griseola

Abstract: RESUMOCom o objetivo de desenvolver métodos alternativos para o controle da mancha angular do feijoeiro, causada por Pseudocercospora griseola, filtrados de cultura de Pycnoporus sanguineus foram testados contra P. griseola. Foi investigado ainda o potencial desses filtrados em ativar enzimas de defesa do feijoeiro, como peroxidase, polifenoloxidase e β-1,3 glucanase, bem como alterar teores de proteína total e clorofilas.
