The selection of physical education teacher materials for the implementation of basic motor competence learning physical education, Sports and Health provided by the teacher will maximally facilitate learning. The purpose of this research is to find out how the implementation or implementation of basic motor competencies for material selectors focuses on physical education teachers, and wants to know the implementation of motor competence implementation in the selection of learning materials. This study uses a quantitative descriptive survey research method with the subject of 21 physical education teachers for the lower grades of SD/MI in Junrejo District. Collecting data using non-test instruments, namely questionnaires and interviews. The results of the selection of class 1 physical education learning materials were 54.76 percent which were included in the less criteria, the selection of 2nd class physical education learning materials were 53.22 percent which were included in the less criteria, the selection of 3rd grade physical education learning materials was 56.55 percent which was included in the adequate criteria, so it can be concluded that the selection of physical education teacher material on the implementation of basic motor competencies is classified as enough category, this is also caused by several factors including: unavailability of facilities and infrastructure, lack of mastery and understanding of teachers, school policies or regulations.
Abstrak: Pemilihan materi guru PJOK terhadap implementasi kompetensi dasar motorik pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan yang diberikan guru secara maksimal akan memperlancar jalannya pembelajaran. Penelitian yang dilakukan memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi atau pelaksanaan kompetensi dasar motorik terhadap pemilihan materi yang berfokus pada guru PJOK kelas bawah tingkat SD/MI serta ingin mengetahui kendala pelaksanaan kompetensi dasar motorik dalam pemilihan materi pembelajaran. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian survey deskriptif kuantitatif dengan subjek 21 guru PJOK kelas bawah SD/MI se Kecamatan Junrejo. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen non tes yaitu angket dan wawancara. Diperoleh hasil pemilihan materi pembelajaran PJOK kelas 1 sebesar 54,76 persen yang termasuk dalam kriteria kurang, pemilihan materi pembelajaran PJOK kelas 2 sebesar 53,22 persen yang termasuk dalam kriteria kurang, pemilihan materi pembelajaran PJOK kelas 3 sebesar 56,55 persen yang termasuk dalam kriteria cukup, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemilihan materi guru PJOK terhadap implementasi kompetensi dasar motorik tergolong kategori cukup, hal ini juga dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor diantaranya: ketidaktersediaan sarana dan prasarana, kurangnya penguasaan dan pemahaman guru, kebijakan atau peraturan sekolah.
