This article aims to examine the nature of curriculum and material in Islamic education. The method used in this research is literature review, by studying the theory. The result of this study found curricula and islamic education materials that are relevant and can answer various discussions there. In addition, the education curriculum must be oriented to the preservation of values, orientation to social needs, encourage the workforce, encourage student, and encourage the future and development of science and technology. As well as Islamic education material must be relevant to the needs of human life.Keywords: Curriculum, Material, Islamic Education literature review, by studying the theory. This article aims to look at the role of teachers in shaping the character of students in public elementary schools. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation. The data validity analysis techniques used were triangulation, observation extension and increased persistence. The results of this study found that the teacher's role is very strategic in shaping the character of students because the teacher is not only a person who teaches character values to students theoretically but the teacher also provides an example, so that it is relevant between what is conveyed and what is done by the teacher.. So that it has a very positive impact on the formation of the character of students.
This article aims to look at the problems of Islamic education that occur in the present and in the future so that they can become a solution to improve Islamic education. The method used in this study is the library, where the data in this study were obtained from various relevant literature and then analyzed comprehensively. The results of the study found that the problems that exist in Islamic education today are paradigm problems, objective problems, material problems, method problems, evaluation problems. This article aims to look at the value of character education in Bisri Mustofa's thoughts contained in Al-Ibriz's interpretation especially Surah Al-Hujurat verses 11-15. This paper is also at the same time to explore more deeply the values of character education contained in the Qur'an. The method used in this paper is literature review, where Al-Ibriz's interpretation is the main source in this paper, which is examined using a theoretical and philosophical approach. The results of the analysis of this interpretation study found that Bisri Mustofa's thoughts about character education in Al-Hujurat verses 11-15 contained four character values namely, the value of respect for mutual respect, the value of a prejudiced prejudice, the value of tolerance, and the value of monotheism.
