“…Women who performed physical activity, but insufficiently to be classified as active (as they did not comply the frequency or duration recommendations) were classified as irregularly active. Alcohol abuse was considered to consume 4 or more drinks of alcoholic beverage (1 drink = 1 can of beer, 1 glass of wine or 1 dose of distilled beverage) on a single occasion, in the last 30 days 17 .
