Most of women entrepreneurs who have married, have a dual role conflict, namely not fulfilling the demands of roles in family due to their roles in work and vice versa. Emotional intelligence and competence very needed to minimize the conflict between the dual roles of women entrepreneurs. Improper conflict management causes female entrepreneurs have work stress and affect their business performance. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of multiple role conflict, emotional intelligence, and competence on entrepreneur woman performance through work stress in HIPPI. The type of this research is descriptive quantitative research and the population in this study are all members of the HIPPI community, as many as 235 respondents, then the determination of the sample size using the Slovin formula with a total sample of 149 respondents. The sampling method used is simple random sampling. Data analysis was carried out through PLS-SEM using the SmartPLS program. The results showed that directly dual role conflict had a negative and insignificant effect on performance, emotional intelligence had a positive and significant effect on performance, competence had a positive and significant effect on performance, job stress had a negative and significant effect on performance, multiple role conflict had a positive and significant effect on work stress, emotional intelligence had a significant negative effect on work stress, and competence had a significant negative effect on work stress. Then indirectly dual role conflict has a negative and significant effect on performance through work stress, emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on performance through work stress, and competence has a positive and significant effect on performance through work stress. The Influence of Emotional Intelligence on Job Burnout and Job Performance: Mediating Effect of Psychological Capital

How does emotional intelligence (EI) affect job performance and job burnout? Direct or indirect? What role does psychological capital play? This study surveyed 450 employees of various enterprises through questionnaires. Results are as follows: (1) Employees' EI has a positive predictive effect on psychological capital and job performance, and it is negatively correlated with job burnout; (2) psychological capital has a negative predictive effect on job burnout and a positive predictive effect on job performance; and (3) psychological capital plays a mediating role in the relationship between EI and job burnout/performance. Results of this study may contribute to develop EI theories in organizational behavior field. As for enterprises, improving the EI of employees will help to improve their psychological capital, and high psychological capital will lead to positive job performance and less job burnout.

Kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 3 Gunungsitoli belum maksimal, dimana masih terdapat guru yang belum mampu untuk mengelola kelas dengan baik, dimana mayoritas guru masih menggunakan cara klasik dalam mengajar yakni hanya menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi dan penugasan. Pembelajaran cenderung membosankan bagi siswa karena bersifat monoton dan tidak menarik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh kecerdasan emosional, kreativitas dan kemampuan menyesuaikan diri terhadap kinerja guru SMA Negeri 3 Gunungsitoli baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada seluruh guru SMA Negeri 3 Gunungsitoli berstatus PNS dengan populasi berjumlah 45 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah total sampling sehingga sampel berjumlah 45 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode analisis statistik deskriptif dan metode analisis statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional, kreativitas dan kemampuan menyesuaikan diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SMA Negeri 3 Gunungsitoli
